Abstract

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to feed industry. Line for the production of protein feed, including a hopper for storing oilseeds processing product and a hopper for its enrichment with micronutrients, an extruder with a hopper, a stirrer, a feed storage container. Line contains an air-screen grain-cleaning machine, under which a hopper for storing oilseeds processing product, an air conditioner and a chopper are installed. In this case, the hopper for storing oilseeds processing product is made in the form of two compartments, under which a storage tank with an outlet is located, above the hopper there is an extruder installed, the output of which is connected with the hopper of the vessel for the enrichment of oilseeds processing product with micronutrients, this vessel contains a stirrer, the outlet of the vessel is installed above the inlet of the air conditioner and is connected with a chopper at the outlet of which a feed storage tank is installed.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify the design, reduce the energy intensity of the process and improve the quality of preparation of protein feed.

Description

The invention is intended for use in feed production, namely in the technology of preparation of feed from plant products, sunflower meal.
A device for producing a feed product is known (patent 85119 C1, class B30B 11/26, containing an extruder, a means for cutting material squeezed out of the housing, a hopper for supplying raw materials.
The disadvantage of this device is its unsuitability in the preparation of the feed product from plant materials, namely from sunflower meal.
A well-known line for the production of animal feed (patent 2524258 C1, class A23N 17/00, 2014), including a filling pit, elevators, auger conveyor with unloading windows, loading bins for unmilled grain components with a vibrating batcher, a hammer mill, norias, a hopper for crushed grain components, loading hopper for additives, slide gate valve, mixer with damper, scales and storage hopper, cleaning device for separating mineral and metal impurities from the source material, vibration exciter.
The disadvantage of this line is trauma to feed grain by norias and auger conveyor; the complexity of its design; many adjusting dampers, leading to laborious regulation of the flow of material into the bins for unmilled grain components and additives, as well as the difficulty in regulating the flow of material, and a large number of elevators leads to their laborious maintenance.
A known production line of full-extruded extruded compound feeds (patent 2328171 C1, class A23N 17/00, 2008), taken as a prototype, including rotary dispensers, a hopper for storing starch-containing components, a hopper for storing fat-containing components and a hopper for storing a mixture of protein and vitamin supplements and chalk, extruders, cake press, granulator, stabilized vegetable oil applicator, pelleting machine, filling and packaging machine, conveyor belt, nozzles for spraying vegetable m asla.
The disadvantage of the line is the complexity of the process and its complexity.
The technical result of the invention is to simplify the design, reduce the energy intensity of the process and improve the quality of the preparation of protein feed.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that the line for the production of protein feed, including a hopper for storing an oilseed processing product and a hopper with a tank for enriching it with micronutrients, an extruder with a hopper, a mixer, a feed storage tank, according to the invention, has an air-sieve grain cleaning machine, under which a hopper for storing an oilseed processing product, an air conditioner, a chopper is installed, while a hopper for storing an oilseed processing product is made in the form of two compartments, under which a storage tank with an outlet is located, an extruder installed above the hopper, the outlet of which is connected to the tank hopper for enriching micronutrient products of an oilseed processing product, an agitator is installed inside it, while the outlet of the tank for enriching micronutrient processed product oilseeds installed above the inlet of the air conditioner and communicated with the grinder, at the outlet of which a storage tank is installed Orme.
A comparative analysis of the proposed technical solution with the prototype allows us to conclude that the claimed line for producing protein feed differs from the known line in that due to the design features, simplification of the line design is achieved, the energy consumption of the process is reduced, and the quality of the preparation of protein feed is improved, which is impossible to obtain by known technical solutions .
Thus, the claimed technical solution meets the criteria of patentability novelty.
The claimed technical solution meets the patentability criterion of industrial applicability, because it can be used in feed production, namely in the production line of the preparation of feed from plant products.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing, where in FIG. 1 shows a line for obtaining protein feed - a General view.
The line has a sequentially installed air-sieve grain cleaning machine 1, under which there is a hopper 2 for storing the oilseed processing product, made in the form of two compartments, under which there is a storage tank 3 with an outlet, an extruder 4 installed above the hopper, its output is communicated with the hopper containers 5 for enrichment with micronutrients of the oilseed processing product. Inside the tank 5, a mixer 6 is mounted, driven by a motor (not shown in FIG. 1). The outlet of the tank 5 is installed above the inlet of the air conditioner 7 and communicated with the grinder 8, at the outlet of which a tank for storing feed 9 is installed.
The technological process of the line for obtaining protein feed is as follows.
The hopper of the air-sieve grain cleaning machine 1 receives the components of a heap of sunflower seeds of the Lakomka variety, which include fragments of baskets and stems and sunflower seeds, they are extruded after secondary cleaning. From the air-sieve grain cleaning machine 1, waste in the form of fragments of baskets and stems and sunflower seeds after secondary cleaning are separately fed to a double hopper 2. Then they are mixed in a storage tank 3 and fed to an extruder 4. Using a double hopper 2 with a storage tank 3 allows to ensure uninterrupted production of feed by equalizing the performance of the air-sieve grain cleaning machine 1 and the extruder 4. The mixture is extruded by heating the product to temperatures of 110-170 ° C and under a pressure of 4-6 MPa during processing. After extrusion, the resulting product in the form of an endless tow enters container 5, where it is enriched by mixing with micronutrients (potassium iodide, manganese sulfate, copper sulfate, zinc sulfate, cobalt chloride) at a rate of 1:50. If you take a smaller ratio, there will be an insufficient amount of micronutrients in the feed, and if it is larger, then there will be oversaturation, which will lead to a deterioration in feed quality. Then it is cooled by means of conditioner 6 to a temperature of 30-36 ° C and the feed is ground to a loose appearance with granule sizes of 3-5 mm and stored in a container 9. For grinding, any known chopper design capable of grinding the feed to a grain size of 3-5 mm is used. At temperatures less than 30 ° C, the resulting mixture loses the hygroscopic property and inefficient grinding, and if it is higher than 36 ° C, the hygroscopic property will increase and the feed will break into lumps when grinding.
Performing technological operations in the line for obtaining protein feed will simplify the design, reduce the energy intensity of the process and improve the quality of the preparation of protein feed.

A line for the production of protein feed, including a hopper for storing an oilseed processing product and a hopper with a tank for enriching it with micronutrients, an extruder with a hopper, a mixer, a feed storage tank, characterized in that it has an air-sieve grain cleaning machine under which the hopper is installed for storage of oilseed processing product, air conditioning, chopper, while the hopper for storing oilseed processing product is made in the form of two compartments, under which are located and the storage tank with an outlet installed above the hopper is an extruder, the outlet of which is connected to the hopper of the tank for enriching micronutrients with oilseeds, an agitator is installed inside it, while the outlet of the tank for enriching micronutrients with oilseeds is installed over the air inlet and communicated with the chopper, the output of which is installed a container for storing feed.
