Abstract
Description
The invention relates to feed production technology, and in particular to methods of producing feed for breeding beneficial insects.
Tarachidia candefacta Hubn.Ambrosia wormwood Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. is one of the most dangerous weeds that cause an allergic reaction in humans. Due to its biological plasticity and the absence of natural enemies, it has been widely introduced into plant groups. It strongly inhibits cultivated plants, drains the soil, sharply reduces soil fertility, pollen causes massive allergic diseases. The absence of natural enemies of this weed causes its increasing spread. The fight against it is carried out mainly by mechanical and chemical means. For the biological fight against ragweed, a promising herbicide is the ragweed scoop Tarachidia candefacta Hubn.
109-120).A known method of producing a nutrient medium for breeding ragweed scoops, which involves dosing and mixing dry ragweed foxes, sorbic acid, brewer's yeast autolysate, milk powder, formalin, agar agar, B vitamins, ascorbic acid, glucose, casein, propionic acid and distilled water (Matishov G.G., Esipenko L.P., Ilyina L.P., Agasyeva I.S. “Biological methods of controlling ragweed in anthropogenic phytocenoses of the south of Russia”, Rostov-on-Don, Publishing House of the Russian Science Center RAS, 2011, p. . 109-120).
The disadvantages of this method are the duration of the preparation of the medium, the use of expensive, time-consuming and energy-intensive components.
Tarachidia candefacta Hubn. The technical result of the invention is the reduction, reduction of time and energy consumption of a method for preparing a nutrient medium for breeding ragweed scoop Tarachidia candefacta Hubn.
%:This result is achieved by the fact that in a method for the production of a nutrient medium comprising dosing and mixing dry leaves of ragweed, sorbic acid, formalin, B vitamins and distilled water, according to the invention, soybean meal, gelatin and dry brewer's yeast are additionally introduced into the mixture in the following ratio components, mass. %:
The method is implemented as follows.
The dry ragweed leaf is ground together with soybean meal and dry brewer's yeast, B vitamins are added and poured with warm distilled water. After swelling, gelatin, formalin, sorbic acid pre-soaked in cold water are introduced into the mixture, and, adding water, they are stirred until a homogeneous consistency. The listed components are dosed and mixed in the specified ratio. The prepared nutrient medium is poured into sterile Petri dishes and stored at a temperature of + 3-5 ° C.
The preparation time of the nutrient medium and energy consumption are reduced in comparison with the closest analogue due to the replacement of casein with soybean meal (casein is hydrolyzed for at least an hour), agar-agar with gelatin (the agar-agar sample is heated in a water bath at a temperature of 60 ° C until a uniform gel is formed), and brewer's yeast autolysate, which is prepared in a thermostat at a temperature of 50 ° C for three days, with dry brewer's yeast. This greatly simplifies the technology of preparation of the nutrient medium.
A comparative analysis of the recipe composition of the nutrient medium according to the content of components for the proposed method and the closest analogue showed that animal protein (casein) was replaced by a cheaper and more technologically advanced component - soybean meal containing a wide range of minerals, amino acids and proteins, which made it possible to obtain balanced protein and amino acid composition of high quality medium. Moreover, it was experimentally established that a change in the formulation of the nutrient medium according to the invention does not worsen the conditions and results of the cultivation of ragweed scoops (basic indicators of growth and development).
Tarachidia candefacta Hubn. Thus, the proposed method allows to simplify and cheapen the preparation of a nutrient medium without compromising the technology of breeding ragweed scoops Tarachidia candefacta Hubn.
