SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of ceramic mixtures which can be used in making facing tiles and household ceramic articles. The ceramic mixture for making facing tiles contains the following, wt %: kaolin 57.0-62.0, feldspar 27.0-31.0; potsherd 0.5-1.0; phosphogypsum 0.5-1.0; quartz sand 9.0-11.0. The articles are fired at temperature of 1250-1280°C.

EFFECT: high heat resistance of articles made from the ceramic mixture.

Компоненты дозируют в требуемых количествах. В шаровую мельницу загружают полевой шпат, керамический бой, кварцевый песок и проводят измельчение компонентов в течение 5-6 часов. Затем в мельницу добавляют каолин, фосфогипс и измельчают еще в течение 2-3 часов. Степень измельчения компонентов должна соответствовать остатку 2% на сите 008. Полученную массу увлажняют до 9-13% и полусухим способен формуют из нее плитки. На поверхность плиток напыляют слой цветной тугоплавкой глазури и при температуре 1250-1280°С проводят обжиг.The components are dosed in the required amounts.
