Компоненты дозируют в требуемых количествах, загружают в шаровую мельницу, заливают воду и проводят измельчение компонентов до остатка 3-4% на сите 008. Затем проводят обезвоживание суспензии до получения коржей с влажностью 20-25%. Из полученной керамической массы пластическим способом формуют плитку, которую сушат до влажности 1-8% и при температуре 1250°С проводят первый обжиг.
