Abstract

Dump body is equipped with stop for measurement of short-cut wood lengths, and is arranged with the possibility to unload finished short-cut wood to lateral side along with motion of dump body. Stop for measurement of short-cut wood lengths is arranged along width of dump body and is installed on internal side of front board at the level that exceeds top of back body board. Driving pulling rollers are arranged with multiple sharp hooks, for instance ribs, and with the possibility of reversible rotation.

EFFECT: production of one-dimensional short-cut wood from logging slash in developed wood cutting areas, improved efficiency of machine.

Description

The invention relates to the forest industry and can be used directly in the developed cutting areas.

Known mobile installation for splitting wood (SU No. 2140350 from 07/21/1998). It contains a trailer connected to the tractor, in the rear part of the chassis of which a cutting head with knives is fixed and a thrust plate mounted on the chassis with the possibility of longitudinal movement, which is moved by the drive to press the chopped wood chocks to the knives.

The disadvantage of this installation is the complexity of the design and the inability to use it to get industrial cotoya from chopping residues.

A well-known universal logging machine, including a self-propelled chassis, for example a forwarder with an operator’s cab, mounted at the rear of the cab, a hydraulic manipulator, a shield, conics, a chopping module, consisting of a drum hopper, outriggers and an ejector mounted on a removable frame using a quick-detachable device (SU No. 2006129076, IPC A01G 23/00 from 08/10/06).

A disadvantage of the known device is that this machine cannot produce merchandise from logging residues in the forest.

The invention solves the problem of creating a machine for processing logging residues and the full use of wood in the development of cutting areas.

The technical result achieved by using the invention is to create a machine for processing logging residues, disposing of waste in the development of the cutting area by obtaining a one-dimensional corpus of cutting residues in the developed cutting areas and increasing the productivity of the machine.

The specified technical result is achieved by the creation and use of a machine for processing cutting residues, which includes a self-propelled chassis, a tipper body and a hydraulic manipulator with a processing device, according to the invention, the machine is equipped with a stop for measuring short lengths installed on the inside of the front side of the body along its entire width at a level exceeding the top of the rear side of the body, and the processing device is made in the form of a gripper equipped with drive pulling rollers with chains mounted with the possibility of reverse rotation, a saw bar and delimbing knives.

The installation of a gripping device with a saw bar and delimbing knives allows one-dimensional shortness to be obtained from cutting residues and to utilize the waste remaining during the cutting.

Equipping the pulling rollers with hooks installed with the possibility of reverse rotation makes it possible to prevent slipping and slipping on the work surface of chopping residues, which helps to increase productivity.

The supply of the car body with an emphasis for measuring the lengths of the shorts installed on the inner side of the front side along its entire width at a level exceeding the top of the rear side of the body, allows you to conveniently orient the raw materials on the stop before bucking, helps to increase productivity by reducing the time for measuring shorts.

The implementation of the tipper body with the possibility of unloading the finished cotoya on the side along the chassis allows you to unload the finished cotoyas on the side of the road, without interfering with the passage of equipment.

The resulting business stuff is self-unloading on the side of the road into a pile in the upper warehouse, so as not to block the passage. Auxiliary workers store them in sling packages, which, as vehicles arrive, are loaded with the same hydraulic manipulator 2 and sent to the consumer.

The use of the invention allows to utilize the residues after the development of cutting areas and to receive additional business raw materials, for example, shortwood - for the pulp and paper industry.

A machine for processing residual cuttings, including a self-propelled chassis, a tipper body and a hydraulic manipulator with a processing device, characterized in that the machine is equipped with a stop for measuring the lengths of shorts installed on the inside of the front side of the body over its entire width at a level exceeding the top of the rear side body, and the processing device is made in the form of a gripping device equipped with drive pulling rollers with hooks installed with the possibility of reverse rotation, a saw bar and delimbing knives. 2.
