SUBSTANCE: internal partition comprises support member to be connected to floor or to other support structure, posts to be connected to floor and ceiling, filling structure made as panels, preferably glass panels. The support member is formed of support and pressing parts. Each part comprises vertical wall and fastening shoulder directed outwards relative support member profile. Vertical wall of support part arranged from inner side opposite to fastening shoulder has upper and lower horizontal shoulders enclosing mating upper and lower shoulders from top and bottom thereof. The upper and lower shoulders are formed on pressing member part wall. Lower surface of fastening shoulder and upper surface of vertical wall of both support member parts are provided with grooves for decorative covering plate connection. Partition post is composed of load-bearing and closing parts connected one to another. Support member, post and profile structures adapted to create support member, post and connection sound-proofing member are also disclosed.

Description

The invention relates to the field of construction and is intended for use in the construction of internal partitions, mainly glass, for office and retail premises of a large area when they are divided into working areas, rooms for staff and offices, as well as in the construction of shop windows.

Known internal partition with a support element mounted on the floor of the room with the possibility of its regulation in height, and stand (DE No. 3826393, E 04 2/74, publ. In 1990).

Also known is a metal support element for attaching a glass panel, which is made in the form of a tee, the shelf of which has overhangs asymmetrically located relative to the wall of the tee (SU ed. Certificate. No. 697675, E 06 B 3/60, publ. In 1979). The shelf of the brand is attached to the supporting structure with rivets or screws. Glass is sandwiched between the wall of the brand and a separate corner. The horizontal force is perceived by the wall of the brand, and its own weight of the glass prevents the shelf from bending.

The closest analogue of the invention is a removable mounted partition and a supporting element included in its structure with a stand for attaching a panel of glass, plastic or asbestos cement (DE No. 3000155, E 04 B 2/74, published in 1981), which is a horizontal supporting element attached to the floor of the room and intended for installation in it of the lower end of the aggregate panel, as well as a rack for fixing the side end of the aggregate panel. The supporting element comprises a housing, the cross section of which has two inclined walls, on the inner surfaces of which two pairs of symmetrical horizontal shelves are formed, directed towards each other. Horizontal shelves cover a tubular element of rectangular cross section, which is fastened to the floor of the room by means of a threaded element. One pair of said horizontally oriented shelves of the support element is supported by lower planes on the upper plane of the tubular element, and the other pair abuts against the lateral planes of the tubular element of rectangular cross section with its ends. On the body of the supporting element also made corner shelves located in the upper part of the inner surface of the inclined walls. Between the planes of the corner shelves, panels are installed and fixed with spring clamping bars using a sealant. The lateral end part of the panel is placed in a rack located vertically, and is also fixed with spring clamping bars.

The general problem solved by the proposed inventions is to increase the reliability of glass fastening, reduce the complexity when installing the partition, reduce its metal consumption by reducing the metal content of the profiles included in the partition.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the internal partition consists of a support element, racks and placeholder in the form of panels, mainly glass, while the support element is made of support and pressure parts, each of which contains a vertical wall and a fixing shelf directed outward of the profile, the vertical wall of the supporting part from the inside is made with upper and lower horizontal shelves, covering the upper and lower shelves from above and below, made on the wall of the clamping part element, and on the lower surface and the upper attachment flange of the vertical wall surface of both sides of the support member are made grooves for the fastening of the decorative covering strips, Front walls made of bonded between a carrier and the closing parts.

The supporting element and the stand can be made by extrusion of aluminum or aluminum alloy or plastic.

The objective of the invention - the supporting element and the rack of the partition - is to create a design that provides high reliability of the fastening of glass panels, while having simplicity and manufacturability, as well as ease of assembly.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the supporting element of the internal partition is made up of supporting and clamping parts, each of which contains a vertical wall and a mounting shelf directed outward of the profile, as well as the presence of decorative covering strips, while the vertical wall of the supporting part is on the inside made with the upper and lower horizontal shelves, covering the top and bottom mating upper and lower shelves made on the wall of the clamping part of the element, and the lower shelf is vertical the wall of the supporting part is made with a step equal in height to the thickness of the lower shelf of the pressing part and providing contact of the upward plane of the ledge of the shelf of the supporting part with the downward plane of the shelf of the pressing part and their side planes, while on the lower surface of the mounting shelf and the upper surface of the vertical wall both parts of the support element are grooves for attaching a decorative covering strip.

The problem solved by the claimed profiles, from which the support element and strut structures are assembled, is to increase the reliability of the structures, reduce the complexity of the assembly, increase the performance of the assembled structures and reduce the complexity when installing the partition, reduce the metal consumption while ensuring the necessary strength and rigidity of the structure.

The general technical result obtained by using the claimed inventions - the internal partitions and the supporting element included in its design, the racks and the profiles forming them - is to create a structure that ensures the reliability of glass panels fastening while reducing the partition metal consumption, reducing the complexity of the partition installation, due to the design of the proposed profiles . Each of the elements that make up the partition wall is made of a closed cross section, which allows to reduce the metal consumption while maintaining the necessary strength and rigidity of the structure. In addition, the implementation of the profiles of the proposed form allows to provide an aesthetic appearance of the partition and good soundproof qualities.

The support part of the other support element is similarly attached to the ceiling . The glass is installed end to end on the upper shelf 7 close to the inner side of the vertical rack 5 and clamped through the seal by means of the clamping part 4. The shelves 7 and 8 of the supporting part 3 cover the top and bottom shelves 19 and 20 of the clamping part 4, while the vertical (end) planes of the lower shelves 8 and 20 tightly pressed against each other. After that, the clamping part 4 is attached with a threaded element to the floor or ceiling of the room. From the side of the mounting shelves 6 and 18, two decorative covering strips 12 (from the side of the supporting part 3) and 23 (from the side of the clamping part 4) are put on and snap them into the grooves 11, 15 and 22, 25, respectively.

The decorative covering strip has three horizontal sections 54, 55, 56 and two vertical sections 57 and 58. On the upper and lower horizontal sections 54 and 56 there are locking protrusions 59 included in the grooves 11 and 22. The horizontal section 55 is extended beyond the vertical section 57 and it also has a locking protrusion 60, designed to be fixed in the grooves 15 and 25.

Glass panels are installed sequentially along the length of the partition; a connecting soundproofing element is placed between the vertical ends of the glasses.

The rack is mounted as follows.

On the floor and ceiling of the room by means of connecting elements (not shown in the drawings), the supporting part 28 of the rack is attached. Previously, a sealing element is laid in the cavity formed by the projections of the wall 30, the glass is pressed flat on the sealing element and the closure portion 29 of the rack 2 is also pushed onto the hollow protrusion 31 with the sealing element as far as the stop of the U-shaped shelf 34 (transverse element 41) in the jumper wall 40. Next, the locking part of the rack is fixed with threaded elements ("screws") to the transverse element 41 of the U-shaped shelf 34 of the hollow protrusion 31 of the supporting part of the rack. Glass can be installed on both sides of the rack 2 or on one side. In the latter case, the free cavity is closed with a stripper 47, which is fixed with its protrusions on the protrusion 36 and section 35 of the U-shaped shelf 34.

The use of the proposed partition and its constituent elements of the claimed design allows to reduce the metal consumption of the support element and the pillar due to the increase of their rigidity, to ensure reliable fixation of the glass and reduce the complexity of installing the partition.
