Растительное сырье помещают в заранее подогретую в течение 15 мин на кипящей водяной бане инфундирку, обливают 100 г воды /комнатной температуры/, закрывают крышкой и нагревают на кипящей бане при частом помешивании 15 мин, затем инфундирку охлаждают в течение 45 мин. Полученный экстракт фильтруют и вводят его в 100 г минеральной воды "Ессентуки N 4".
