Abstract

PURPOSE:A bath preparation that contains spilanthol that has a pungent taste with strong narcosism and shows sedative and astringent actions on human skins, thus strengthening bathing effect with refreshness and relieving a variety of muscle pains. CONSTITUTION:An annual plant in Chrysanthemum originating from South America, KIBANA ORANDA SENNICHI or ORANDA SENNICHI (Spilanthes acmella) is dried and the whole plant bodies or floral parts are directly or after crushed, extracted with an organic solvent such as alcohol or acetone. The extract is concentrated by evaporation of solvent to give a 5-10% concentrate, which is purified by, e.g., molecular distillation to give a purified concentrate of 20-40% spilanthol content (pale yellow oil). The objective bath preparation contains 0.1-1% of the purified concentrate.

BACKGROUND ART It has been known for a long time that citrus peels and irises leaves can be added directly to bath water as bath additives when taking a bath. It is also widely known that mixtures of inorganic salts such as mirabilite, borax, common salt, and alkali carbonates, to which fragrances, pigments, etc. are added, or mixtures containing mainly sulfur emulsions, are mixed and dissolved in bath water. ing. These bath salts provide moderate stimulation to the skin of the bather, increasing blood circulation, relieving fatigue, and promoting metabolism. (2) There has not yet been a bath that provides a sufficient bathing effect in terms of providing a refreshing feeling when taking a bath.

In view of the above circumstances, the present inventor conducted extensive research in order to develop bath additives with better bathing effects, and learned that it is a custom in Brazil to add a chrysanthemum plant called shampoo to bath water. In addition to enhancing the effects of bathing, it also relieves rheumatism,
It was discovered that it is also effective against gout. Spilanthol, which makes up the product of shampoo, has a strong narcotic and pungent taste and has special effects on human skin, such as sedative and astringent properties, so it is used as a bath agent. It is believed that by mixing it with water, it enhances the bathing effect, smoothes the skin and gives a refreshing feeling, and can also soothe various muscle strains. However, using shampoo, a plant itself, as a bath additive can cause problems such as coloring the bath, giving off a unique odor, and contaminating the bath with plant-based kimono! ! Is it harmful? Sogo extracts spilanthol, the main ingredient of shampoo.
] 3. By taking technical measures to purify it and use it as a component of bath additives, we have overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages and completed the present invention.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. Spilanthol used in the present invention is a type of spilanthol used in the present invention. This plant is an annual herb of the Asteraceae family and is native to South America. This plant has been used in South America since ancient times and is used as a seasoning spice to stimulate appetite in Europe. It is a compound that is contained in large amounts in the whole plant, especially in the flower hood, and has a strong narcotic and pungent taste.
It has a unique astringent effect. In this example, to produce spiranyl (j,
4, -J:F-Hana-Hollandssen-:=-J~i or the dried whole plant or dried flowers of Hollandaise, either as is or pulverized, and organically mixed with alcohol, acetone, hexane, etc. Extract with solvent. Each time the solvent is removed from this extract, the spilanthol content is reduced to a concentration of about 5 to about 10%. This spilanthol-containing concentrate can be blended and used as it is as a raw material for the bath agent of the present invention, but in order to obtain a more effective bath agent, which is the objective of the present invention, it is necessary to use the spilanthol-containing concentrate. Concentrate is made by molecular distillation method for $1
- It is desirable to use as a raw material for the bath agent of the present invention a product with enhanced purity of component J. This purified product (hereinafter referred to as spilanthol-containing concentrated purified product) is a pale yellow oil with a spilanthol content of about 20 to about 40%. The bath agent of the present invention can be manufactured according to a conventional method except for blending the above-mentioned spilanthol-containing a-condensation product as a raw material for the bath agent. That is, other bath agent raw materials include, for example, inorganic salts, organic acids and their salts, alcohols, esters, various surfactants, oils and fats, and crude drugs. Appropriate raw materials are selected according to the prescription. Furthermore, fragrances, bactericides, preservatives, pigments, etc. can be added as necessary. The appropriate amount of spilanthol-containing a-condensate products to be added to bath additives is usually 0.1 to 1%, and care must be taken not to use too much of the product as it can irritate the skin and cause discomfort. The bath agent of the present invention may be used in any form such as powder, liquid, or emulsion, but it is preferably one that dissolves quickly in the bath water when added to the bath water. When taking a bath in a bath containing 1/8 of the agent, spilanthol works comprehensively with other bath agent ingredients, has a mild effect on the human body, causes moderate skin irritation, promotes 11 (line 11), and removes skin debris. A refreshing bathing effect is achieved by providing appropriate moisture to the skin.In the above composition, the method for manufacturing Spiran 1~-le is from Kihana Holland Sennina) or Holland Sennichi (also known as ``shampoo''). Although an example of extraction is shown, it is needless to say that the invention is not limited to these, and it may be produced by extraction from other spilanthol-containing substances or synthesis. Please note that the amount of bath salts used is the same as that for a home bathtub (approximately 150
It is appropriate to add 10 to 20 g to a bath. Example-1 A powdered bath salt was manufactured according to the following recipe. 2 small parts (18 parts) of bath salt. Example 2 A body bath agent 11 was prepared according to the following recipe. Stir and mix to prepare a skin bath agent. Example 3 A milky lotion was prepared as follows. January IZ: Put the substance (A) into an emulsifying pot with a stopper stirrer, stir and mix thoroughly while heating to about 80°C, and keep at that temperature to mix the substance (B). Add and mix well with stirring. Then, continue stirring gently and cool for about 50 minutes.
Add the fragrance (C) at the stage when the temperature has decreased to 1,000 ml, and add 1.7 L of liquid bath agent each time the mixture is stirred and cooled to a rich temperature. In the powdered bath agent of Example 1 In place of the concentrated purified product of spilanthol, a prototype was produced in which Flu 11 (sulfuric acid solution J2) was used as a control product. The panel consisted of 8 healthy people and 8 people with abnormal monthly salaries (ITi).The method of using the bath salts was to apply the powdered form prepared in Example 1 to a household bathtub (water volume: 150β). Bath additives (hereinafter referred to as the products of the present invention)
Comparisons were made by taking separate baths in bath water containing 10 g of the above-mentioned control product and bath water containing 10 g of the control product dissolved therein. For this comparison, test bathing was carried out for 5 consecutive days, and the evaluation value of the invention product was expressed by 1.i times compared with the control product according to the above-mentioned evaluation method. Evaluation method used in the panel test (3-point numerical method) The degree of difference between the product of the present invention and the comparative product was evaluated on a three-point scale. Panel Test Results From these test results, it can be seen that the product of the present invention is a suitable bath additive that has a particularly ``body warming'' odor, a soothing effect, and an analgesic effect. 111-
