BACKGROUND ART It has been known for a long time that citrus peels and irises leaves can be added directly to bath water as bath additives when taking a bath. Also,
Mixtures of inorganic salts such as mirabilite, borax, salt, alkali carbonates, etc. with added fragrances, pigments, etc., or mixtures containing mainly sulfur emulsions, etc. are mixed into the bath water.
It is also widely known that it can be used after being dissolved. These bath salts provide moderate stimulation to the bather's skin, increasing blood circulation, relieving fatigue, and promoting metabolism. They also warm the bather's body sufficiently, make the skin smooth, and provide a refreshing feeling when bathing. There is still no bathing product that provides sufficient bathing effects.

In view of the above circumstances, the present inventor conducted extensive research to develop bath additives with better bathing effects, and learned that as a custom in Brazil, a plant from the Asteraceae family called Jianbu is added to bath water. It was discovered that it was effective against rheumatism, gout, etc. This is because spilanthol, which is the main component of shampoo, has a strong narcotic and pungent taste, and has specific effects such as sedation and astringency on human skin, so it is mixed into bath water as a bath additive. It is thought that this enhances the effect of bathing, makes the skin smooth and gives a refreshing feeling, and can further relieve various muscle pains. However, using the Jianbu plant itself as a bath additive has disadvantages such as coloring of the bath water, adhesion of a unique odor, and contamination of the bath water with plant deposits. Therefore, by extracting and refining spilanthol, which is the main component of Jianbu, and using it as a component of bath additives, we have overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages and completed the present invention.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. The spilanthol used in the present invention is known as Lacustnia japonica or Oranda japonica (in Brazil, it is called Jianbu).
This plant is an annual plant of the Asteraceae family and is native to South America. This plant has been used as a seasoning spice to stimulate appetite in South America and Europe since ancient times, and spilanthol is a compound that is abundant in the whole plant, especially in the flower heads. It has a strong narcotic and pungent taste, and has specific effects on human skin, such as sedative and astringent properties. In this example, to produce spilanthol, first, the whole dried whole plant or dried flower part of Laminaria japonica or japonica japonica is extracted as it is or pulverized, and extracted with an organic solvent such as alcohol, acetone, or hexane. do. The solvent is then removed from this extract to obtain a concentrate having a spilanthol content of about 5 to about 10%. This spilanthol-containing concentrate can be blended and used as it is as a raw material for the solvent of the present invention, but in order to obtain a more effective bath agent, which is the objective of the present invention, the above spilanthol-containing concentrate must be used as a raw material for the solvent of the present invention. It is desirable to use as the raw material for the bath agent of the present invention the product which has been purified by molecular distillation to increase the purity of the active ingredient. This purified product (hereinafter referred to as spilanthol-containing concentrated purified product) is a pale yellow oil with a spilanthol content of about 20 to about 40%. The bath additive of the present invention can be produced according to a conventional method, except for blending the above-mentioned spilanthol-containing concentrated purified product as a raw material for the bath additive. That is, other bath agent raw materials include inorganic salts, organic acids and their salts, alcohols, esters, various surfactants, oils and fats, crude drugs, etc., and from these, it is necessary to select a formulation for manufacturing bath agents. Appropriate raw materials are therefore selected. Furthermore, fragrances, bactericides, preservatives, pigments, etc. can be added as necessary. The appropriate amount of spilanthol-containing concentrated purified product to be added to bath additives is usually 0.1 to 1%, and care must be taken as using too much can strongly irritate the skin and cause discomfort. The bath agent of the present invention may be used in any form such as powder, liquid, or emulsion.
When added to bath water, it is preferable to use one that quickly dissolves in the bath water. When taking a bath in which this bath salt has been dissolved, spilanthol works comprehensively with other bath salt ingredients, has a mild effect on the human body, and moderate skin irritation promotes blood circulation and provides appropriate skin stimulation. Provides a moisturizing and refreshing bathing effect. In the above configuration, an example of the method for producing spilanthol is shown in which extraction is performed from Lacustnia japonica or Oranda japonica (also known as "Jianbu"), but it is of course not limited to these.
It may be produced by extraction from other spilanthol-containing substances or synthesis. Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples and Reference Examples. In addition, the amount of this bath salt used is for a home bathtub (approximately 150)
It is appropriate to add 10 to 20 g to the bath water. Example 1 A powdered bath salt was manufactured according to the following recipe.

Evaluation was performed using the three-point numerical method shown below, and the panel consisted of eight healthy people and eight people with physical abnormalities (pain). How to use bath salts: Use a domestic bathtub (water volume approx. 150ml)
The control product was mixed with bath water in which 10g of the powdered bath agent produced in Example 1 (hereinafter referred to as the product of the present invention) was dissolved.
Compare the results by taking a separate bath in bath water containing 10g of each. For this comparison, test bathing was carried out for 5 consecutive days, and the evaluation value of the invention product in comparison with the control product was shown according to the above evaluation method. Evaluation method used in panel test (3-point numerical method) The degree of difference between the product of the present invention and the comparative product was evaluated in three stages.
