Claims (28)
1. Устройство промывки смолы, содержащее
емкость, содержащую цилиндр, разделенный на верхний участок и нижний участок экраном, растянутым поперек цилиндра, причем верхний участок содержит впускное отверстие, а нижний участок содержит выпускное отверстие; и
мешалку, расположенную в верхнем участке, при этом мешалка содержит ротор и вращающуюся крыльчатку, содержащую ступицу, первую лопатку и вторую лопатку, причем первая и вторая лопатки продолжаются в противоположных направлениях перпендикулярно от ступицы, при этом каждая лопатка имеет ось, поперечную к оси ротора, на которой ступица выполнена с возможностью вращения;
при этом экран содержит сетчатый материал с размером пор от около 5 до около 80 мкм; и
причем мешалка выполнена с возможностью приложения усилия к текучей среде в емкости, при этом усилие направлено от экрана.
2. Устройство промывки смолы по п.1, в котором каждая лопатка имеет фиксированный наклон.
3. Устройство промывки смолы по п.1, в котором каждая лопатка имеет закругленные края.
4. Устройство промывки смолы по п.1, в котором мешалка вращается со скоростью, достаточной для быстрого перемешивания гранул смолы без разрушения гранул смолы.
5. Устройство промывки смолы по п.1, в котором мешалка вращается со скоростью от 10 до 50 об/мин.
6. Устройство промывки смолы по п.5, в котором мешалка вращается со скоростью 20 об/мин.
7. Устройство промывки смолы по п.5, в котором мешалка вращается со скоростью 35 об/мин.
8. Устройство промывки смолы по п.5, в котором размер пор сетки составляет 30 мкм.
9. Устройство промывки смолы по п.1, дополнительно содержащее опорную балку, выполненную с возможностью поддержки экрана и предотвращения наклона экрана.
10. Устройство промывки смолы по п.1, в котором экран является извлекаемым из емкости.
11. Способ активации смолы, включающий этапы, на которых:
вводят гранулы смолы, взвешенные в воде, в смесительную емкость, причем смесительная емкость включает дисперсионное устройство, сетчатый экран с отверстиями, меньшими, чем гранулы смолы, и мешалку, расположенную над сетчатым экраном;
распределяют активационный раствор, содержащий CNBr и ацетонитрил на гранулы смолы посредством дисперсионного устройства;
перемешивают мешалку в течение менее 5 минут;
сливают активационный раствор через сетчатый экран, посредством чего гранулы из активированной смолы поддерживаются на экране.
12. Способ по п.11, дополнительно включающий этап, на котором промывают гранулы активированной смолы текучей средой.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором промывка включает заполнение емкости для перемешивания текучей средой, инкубирование при перемешивании, и слив текучей среды из емкости для перемешивания.
14. Способ по п.11, в котором текучая среда представляет собой воду или раствор, содержащий бикарбонат натрия и хлорид натрия.
15. Способ по п.11, в котором перемешивание выполняется со скоростью от 10 до 40 об/мин.
16. Способ по п.15, в котором перемешивание выполняется со скоростью 20 об/мин.
17. Способ по п.15, в котором перемешивание выполняется со скоростью 35 об/мин.
18. Способ по п.11, в котором перемешивание мешалки выполняется в течение менее 4 минут.
19. Способ по п.18, в котором перемешивание мешалки выполняется в течение менее 3 минут.
20. Способ по п.11, в котором гранулы смолы содержат агарозу.
