Claims (24)

1. Горячештампованный элемент, содержащий:
сталь;
слой интерметаллического соединения Al–Fe, образованный на стали; и
слой оксидной пленки, образованный на слое интерметаллического соединения Al–Fe,
причем слой оксидной пленки содержит один или более химических элементов группы А, выбранных из группы, состоящей из Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu и Zn, Al, кислород и примеси,
доля химического элемента группы А в слое оксидной пленки, без учета кислорода, составляет 0,01–80% атомных процентов,
толщина t слоя оксидной пленки составляет 0,1–10,0 мкм, и
если с иcпользованием GDS измерять содержание химического элемента группы А в слое оксидной пленки от поверхности этого слоя в направлении по толщине, максимальное значение интенсивности обнаружения этого химического элемента группы А в диапазоне от упомянутой поверхности до положения 1/3 толщины t в 3,0 или более раз превышает среднее значение интенсивностей обнаружения химического элемента группы А в диапазоне от 2/3t до t.
2. Горячештампованный элемент по п.1, в котором упомянутое максимальное значение интенсивности обнаружения химического элемента группы А превышает упомянутое среднее значение интенсивностей обнаружения химического элемента группы А в 8,0 или более раз.
3. Горячештампованный элемент по п.1 или 2, в котором состав стали включает, мас.%:
С: 0,1–0,4%,
Si: 0,01–0,60%,
Mn: 0,50–3,00%,
P: 0,05% или менее,
S: 0,020% или менее,
Al: 0,10% или менее,
Ti: 0,01–0,10%,
B: 0,0001–0,0100%,
N: 0,010% или менее,
Cr: 0–1,0%, и
Mo: 0–1,0%,
остальное – Fe и примеси.
