Claims (16)
1. Каталитическая композиция, включающая
(a) носитель, содержащий (i) цеолит типа морденита, имеющий среднюю длину кристаллитов, параллельную направлению 12-кольцевых каналов 60 нм или менее, и объем мезопор по меньшей мере 0,10 см3/г в количестве в диапазоне от 5 до 95.% мас в пересчете на общую массу носителя, (ii) цеолит типа ZSM-5 в количестве от 5 до 95% мас. в пересчете на общую массу носителя; и (iii) неорганическое связующее в количестве в диапазоне от 10 до 60% мас. в пересчете на общую массу носителя; и
(b) от 0,001 до 10% мас. одного или более каталитически активных металлов, причем неорганическое связующее содержит диоксид титана.
2. Композиция катализатора по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что носитель содержит цеолит типа морденита в количестве в диапазоне от 20 до 90% мас. в пересчете на общую массу носителя.
3. Композиция катализатора по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что носитель содержит цеолит типа ZSM-5 в количестве от 10 до 70% мас. в пересчете на общую массу носителя.
4. Композиция катализатора по любому из пп.1-3, отличающаяся тем, что цеолит типа ZSM-5 имеет мольное соотношение диоксида кремния к оксиду алюминия в диапазоне от 15 до 40.
5. Композиция катализатора по любому из пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что цеолит типа ZSM-5 имеет среднечисловой размер кристаллов в диапазоне от 25 до 200 нм, как определено дифракцией рентгеновских лучей.
6. Композиция катализатора по любому из пп.1-5, отличающаяся тем, что цеолит типа ZSM-5 имеет среднечисловое значение размера кристалла в диапазоне от 25 до 100 нм, как определено дифракцией рентгеновских лучей.
7. Способ приготовления композиции катализатора по любому из пп.1-6, включающий стадии:
(a) смешивание цеолита типа морденита, цеолита типа ZSM-5 и неорганического связующего и экструдирование полученной смеси,
(b) необязательно воздействие на экструдаты, полученные на стадии (а), термической обработкой,
(c) пропитка прокаленных экструдатов раствором, содержащим один или более каталитически активных металлов, и
(d) необязательно воздействие на пропитанные экструдаты, полученные на стадии (с), термической обработкой.
8. Способ конверсии исходного сырья, содержащего алкилароматические углеводороды, с использованием катализатора по любому из пп.1-6 или приготовленного способом по п.7.
9. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что исходное сырье содержит толуол и алкилароматические соединения, содержащие по меньшей мере 9 атомов углерода в массовом соотношении от 10:90 до 90:10.
10. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что исходное сырье содержит толуол в диапазоне от 35 до 75% мас. и алкилароматические соединения,в диапазоне от 25 до 65% мас., содержащие по меньшей мере 9 атомов углерода.
