Claims (16)
1. Каталитическая композиция, содержащая
(a) носитель, содержащий (i) цеолит типа CON в количестве от 5 до 95 мас. % в пересчете на общую массу носителя, (ii) цеолит типа ZSM-5 в количестве от 5 до 95 мас. % в пересчете на общую массу носителя; и (iii) неорганическое связующее вещество в количестве от 10 до 60 мас. % в пересчете на общую массу носителя; и
(b) от 0,001 до 10 мас. % одного или более металлов, выбранных из группы, включающей металлы 6-11 групп Периодической таблицы элементов IUPAC.
2. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что носитель содержит цеолит типа CON в количестве от 20 до 90 мас. % в пересчете на общую массу носителя.
3. Каталитическая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что носитель содержит цеолит типа ZSM-5 в количестве от 10 до 70 мас. % в пересчете на общую массу носителя.
4. Каталитическая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что содержит молибден в количестве от 1 до 10 мас. % в виде металла в пересчете на общую массу катализатора.
5. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что цеолит типа ZSM-5 имеет молярное отношение диоксида кремния к оксиду алюминия в диапазоне от 15 до 35.
6. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что цеолит типа ZSM-5 имеет среднечисловой размер кристалла в диапазоне от 50 до 200 нм.
7. Способ получения каталитической композиции по любому из пп. 1-6, включающий следующие стадии:
(а) смешивание цеолита типа CON, цеолита типа ZSM-5 и неорганического связующего вещества и экструдирование полученной смеси,
(b) необязательно подвергание экструдатов, полученных на стадии (а), термической обработке,
(с) пропитка прокаленных экструдатов раствором, содержащим один или более металлов, выбранных из группы, включающей металлы 6-11 групп Периодической таблицы элементов IUPAC, и
(d) необязательно подвергание пропитанных экструдатов, полученных на стадии (с), термической обработке.
8. Способ конверсии сырья, содержащего алкилароматические углеводороды, с применением катализатора по любому из пп. 1-6 или полученного способом по п.7.
9. Способ по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что сырье содержит толуол и алкилароматические соединения, содержащие по меньшей мере 9 атомов углерода, в массовом соотношении от 10:90 до 90:10.
10. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что сырье содержит от 35 до 75 мас. % толуола и от 25 до 65 мас. % алкилароматических соединений, содержащих по меньшей мере 9 атомов углерода.
