Description
a)適切な量のゼオライトを少なくとも1つの他の無機材料または有機材料と混合する工程;
b)工程a)から得た生成物を少なくとも1つの遷移金属化合物および少なくとも1つの溶媒と接触させる工程;および
c)工程b)から得た生成物を乾燥および/またはか焼する工程。
a)本発明触媒を用意する工程;
b)場合により、工程a)の触媒を活性化する工程;および
c)工程a)またはb)の触媒をオレフィンの供給流と接触させる工程。
まず90wt%のシリカゲルを10wt%のHY−ゼオライトと物理的に混合し、次に、予め計算された量のアンモニウムメタタングステン四水和物を含有する水溶液を、シリカゲルとHY−ゼオライトとの混合物に含浸させることによって、本発明の触媒を調製した。得られた混合物を周囲雰囲気で2時間放置した後、オーブン中、110℃で、一晩乾燥した。最終乾燥混合物の外観は白色固形物であった。次に、その白色固形混合物を空気中、500℃で8時間か焼することで、メタセシス反応に使用する準備が整った最終触媒を得た。
触媒試料を転化率および選択性の試験に付した。試料には、
90wt%のシリカと10%wtのY−ゼオライトとの混合物を含む担体上の酸化タングステンを含む試料A、
シリカ担体上の酸化タングステンを含む試料B、および
0.5wt%のランタンで改質したシリカ担体上の酸化タングステンを含む試料C
が含まれ、試料A〜Cはすべて同じ量の酸化タングステンを含有する。
シリカとY−ゼオライトとを含有する担体上に固定量の酸化タングステンを含有する触媒試料を、シリカ対アルミナの比がさまざまであるY−ゼオライトから、担体中のY−ゼオライト量をさまざまにして、調製した。これらの試料を実施例2に記載した反応条件で試験した。この試験の結果を表2に示す。
本願発明には以下の態様が含まれる。
項1.
VIA族金属およびVIIA族金属から選択される少なくとも1つの遷移金属と、担体の全重量に基づいて0.1〜60重量パーセントのゼオライトの、少なくとも1つの他の無機材料または有機材料との混合物を含有する担体とを含む触媒であって、前記少なくとも1つの他の無機材料または有機材料は、二酸化ケイ素、二酸化チタン、二酸化ジルコニウムおよび活性炭から選択され、好ましくは二酸化ケイ素である、触媒。
項2.
前記少なくとも1つの遷移金属が、レニウム、モリブデンおよびタングステンから選択され、好ましくはタングステンである、項1に記載の触媒。
項3.
前記少なくとも1つの遷移金属を全触媒の1〜12重量パーセント(元素状金属として計算)の量で含む、項1または2に記載の触媒。
項4.
前記ゼオライトが、ZSM−5、フェリエライト、X−ゼオライト、Y−ゼオライト、ベータ−ゼオライトおよびMCM−22から選択され、好ましくはフェリエライト、X−ゼオライトおよびY−ゼオライトから選択され、より好ましくはY−ゼオライトである、項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
項5.
前記担体が前記ゼオライトを全担体の0.1〜30重量パーセント、好ましくは0.5〜20重量パーセント、より好ましくは1〜10重量パーセント、最も好ましくは4〜8重量パーセントの量で含む、項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
項6.
前記ゼオライトが、2〜500、好ましくは10〜200、より好ましくは12〜20の範囲内のシリカ対アルミナ比を有する、項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
項7.
ランタニド金属を含む、項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
項8.
以下の工程を含むオレフィンメタセシス反応のためのプロセス:
a)項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の触媒を用意する工程;
b)場合により、工程a)の前記触媒を活性化する工程;および
c)工程a)またはb)の前記触媒をオレフィンの供給流と接触させる工程。
項9.
前記触媒の活性化が、200℃〜700℃の範囲内の温度で前記触媒を処理することを含む、項8に記載のプロセス。
項10.
前記触媒と前記供給流との接触が、200℃〜600℃の範囲内の温度で実行される、項8または9に記載のプロセス。
項11.
前記供給流が少なくとも1つの第1オレフィンと少なくとも1つの第2オレフィンとを含む、項8から10のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
項12.
前記第1オレフィンと前記第2オレフィンが、エチレンと2−ブテンまたはエチレンと2−ペンテンから選択され、好ましくはエチレンと2−ブテンである、項11に記載のプロセス。
項13.
さらに工程c)後に再生工程を含む、項8から12のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
Claims (11)
- 以下の工程を含むオレフィンメタセシス反応のためのプロセスであって、
a)VIA族金属およびVIIA族金属から選択される少なくとも1つの遷移金属と、担体の全重量に基づいて0.1〜60重量パーセントのゼオライトの、少なくとも1つの他の無機材料または有機材料との混合物を含有する担体とを含む触媒であって、前記少なくとも1つの他の無機材料または有機材料は、二酸化ケイ素、二酸化チタン、二酸化ジルコニウムおよび活性炭から選択される、触媒を用意する工程;および
c)工程a)の前記触媒をオレフィンの供給流と接触させる工程
前記ゼオライトがY−ゼオライトであり、
前記供給流が少なくとも1つの第1オレフィンと少なくとも1つの第2オレフィンとを含む、プロセス。 - さらに前記工程a)と前記工程c)との間に下記工程b)を含み、
b)工程a)の前記触媒を活性化する工程
前記工程c)が以下の工程である、
c)工程b)の前記触媒をオレフィンの供給流と接触させる工程
請求項1に記載のプロセス。 - 前記少なくとも1つの遷移金属が、レニウム、モリブデンおよびタングステンから選択される、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの遷移金属を全触媒の1〜12重量パーセント(元素状金属として計算)の量で含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記担体が前記ゼオライトを全担体の0.1〜30重量パーセントの量で含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ゼオライトが、2〜500の範囲内のシリカ対アルミナ比を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- ランタニド金属を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記触媒の活性化が、200℃〜700℃の範囲内の温度で前記触媒を処理することを含む、請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記触媒と前記供給流との接触が、200℃〜600℃の範囲内の温度で実行される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1オレフィンと前記第2オレフィンが、エチレンと2−ブテンまたはエチレンと2−ペンテンから選択される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- さらに工程c)後に再生工程を含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
