Claims (10)
1. Модуль разделительной мембраны, включающий в себя разделительную мембрану, содержащую гидрофобный полимер, гидрофильный полимер, и полимер A,
в котором полимер A содержит гидрофильный блок и гидрофобный блок, и является сополимером, имеющим алкильную группу из 2-20 атомов углерода на конце боковой цепи гидрофобного блока,
причем этот модуль разделительной мембраны имеет степень удержания коэффициента просеивания белка 86% или больше через 60 мин после начала циркуляции относительно коэффициента просеивания белка через 10 мин после начала циркуляции, когда 2 л бычьей крови, содержащей 50 ед/мл гепарина и имеющей гематокрит 30 об.% и полную концентрацию белка 6-7 г/дл, циркулируют со скоростью потока 100 мл/мин при 37°C и скорости потока фильтрации 10 мл/(мин·м2).
2. Модуль разделительной мембраны по п. 1, в котором разделительная мембрана включает в себя разбухающий слой, имеющий толщину 9-50 нм, на внутренней поверхности разделительной мембраны, и внутренняя поверхность разделительной мембраны имеет количество прилипших человеческих тромбоцитов 10/4,3 × 103 мкм2 или меньше.
3. Модуль разделительной мембраны по п. 1 или 2, в котором разделительная мембрана является мембраной из полого волокна, имеющей внутренний диаметр 100-400 мкм и толщину мембраны 10-60 мкм.
4. Модуль разделительной мембраны по п. 3, в котором мембрана из полого волокна имеет полную внутреннюю площадь поверхности 0,3-3,0 м2.
5. Модуль разделительной мембраны по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором гидрофобный блок представляет собой блок сложного эфира карбоксилата, блок сложного эфира акрилата или блок сложного эфира метакрилата.
6. Модуль разделительной мембраны по любому из пп. 1-5, в котором гидрофильный блок представляет собой блок винилпирролидона, блок производного N-винилацетамида, блок производного акриламида или блок производного метакриламида.
7. Модуль разделительной мембраны по любому из пп. 1-6, в котором гидрофобный полимер представляет собой полимер на основе полисульфона, а гидрофильный полимер представляет собой поливинилпирролидон.
8. Модуль разделительной мембраны по любому из пп. 1-7, предназначенный для очистки крови.
