Claims (16)
1. Способ получения каталитической композиции, который включает стадии: (а) обработки цеолита ZSM-5 щелочным раствором, имеющим рН по меньшей мере 8, с последующим ионным обменом для получения обработанного цеолита, (b) экструдирования смеси обработанного цеолита и связующего, и приведение в контакт цеолита с раствором, содержащим фторсодержащее соединение,
(с) повышения температуры экструдатов, полученных на стадии(b), по меньшей мере до 200°С, и
(d) объединения экструдатов, полученных на стадии (c) c одним или более металлами, выбранными из группы, состоящей из 10 и 11 группы Периодической таблицы элементов ИЮПАК.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что стадия (б) включает экструзию смеси обработанного цеолита и связующего на основе диоксида кремния, и последующую обработку экструдатов раствором, содержащим фторсодержащее соединение.
3. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что стадия (б) включает обработку экструдатов раствором, содержащим фторсиликат.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что металл выбран из группы, состоящей из платины и палладия.
5. Способ по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что экструдат дополнительно объединяют с одним или более металлами, выбранными из группы, состоящей из олова и рения.
6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что цеолит ZSM-5, подлежащий обработке на стадии (а), имеет молярное соотношение диоксида кремния к оксиду алюминия (SAR) от 25 до 100.
7. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что цеолит ZSM-5, подлежащий обработке на стадии (а), имеет SAR в диапазоне от 35 до 50.
8. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что цеолит ZSM-5, подлежащий обработке на стадии (а) имеет средний размер частиц от 20 нм до 30 мкм.
9. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что каталитическая композиция содержит (i) цеолит ZSM-5 в количестве в диапазоне от 40 до 80% масс. в пересчете на общую массу носителя, (ii) связующее в количестве в диапазоне от 20 до 60% масс. в расчете на общую массу носителя; и (iii) от 0,001 до 5% масс. металла, выбранного из Группы 10, в расчете на общую массу катализатора.
10. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что ZSM-5 был получен из водной смеси, содержащей источник оксида алюминия, источник диоксида кремния, источник щелочи и L-винной кислоты или ее водорастворимой соли.
11. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что обработка щелочным раствором на стадии (а) включает обработку ZSM-5 раствором гидроксида металла.
12. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что ионный обмен на стадии (а) включает обработку цеолита раствором, содержащим аммоний.
13. Способ конверсии сырья, содержащего ароматические углеводороды, с использованием каталитической композиции, полученной по любому из пп. 1-12.
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что сырье содержит от 0,1 до 50% масс. этилбензола и по меньшей мере 20% масс. ксилола, причем все количества рассчитаны на общее количество сырья, содержащего углеводороды.
