Claims (24)
1. Экструзионное устройство (100) для экструзии полуфабриката, выполненного из эластомерного материала, содержащее
экструзионный корпус (10), проходящий вдоль направления (А) подачи;
насос (20), расположенный за экструзионным корпусом (10) вдоль направления (А) подачи;
при этом экструзионный корпус (10) содержит:
воронку (30) для загрузки эластомерного материала;
экструзионный шнек (50), проходящий вдоль направления (А) подачи и имеющий входную часть (50а), расположенную вблизи воронки (30), и выходную часть (50b), расположенную вблизи насоса (20);
моторизованный ролик (40), расположенный у входной части (50а) экструзионного шнека (50) и выполненный с возможностью приема эластомерного материала из воронки (30) и подачи его к экструзионному шнеку (50), при этом экструзионный шнек (50) имеет такие длину (L) и диаметр (D), что отношение между длиной (L) и диаметром (D) находится в диапазоне между 4 и 8.
2. Экструзионное устройство (100) по п.1, в котором насос (20) представляет собой шестеренчатый насос.
3. Экструзионное устройство (100) по п. 1 или 2, содержащее охлаждающее устройство (45) для охлаждения моторизованного ролика (40).
4. Экструзионное устройство (100) по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором моторизованный ролик (40) приводится во вращение моторным узлом (47), отличным от того моторного узла, который приводит во вращение экструзионный шнек (50).
5. Экструзионное устройство (100) по любому из предшествующих пунктов, содержащее первое устройство (60) регулирования температуры, взаимодействующее с экструзионным корпусом (10) рядом с воронкой (30), и второе устройство (65) регулирования температуры, взаимодействующее с экструзионным корпусом (10) рядом с экструзионным шнеком (50).
6. Экструзионное устройство (100) по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором выходная часть (50b) экструзионного шнека (50) содержит заостренную концевую часть (51), выполненную с, по меньшей мере, одним витком (52) резьбы.
7. Экструзионное устройство (100) по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором длина (L) имеет значение, находящееся в диапазоне между приблизительно 500 мм и приблизительно 1500 мм.
8. Способ экструзии полуфабриката, выполненного из эластомерного материала, включающий
обеспечение принудительной подачи эластомерного материала к экструзионному шнеку (50) вдоль направления (А) подачи;
перемещение эластомерного материала посредством экструзионного шнека (50) вдоль направления (А) подачи;
при этом экструзионный шнек (50) имеет такие длину (L) и диаметр (D), что отношение между длиной (L) и диаметром (D) находится в диапазоне между 4 и 8.
9. Способ по п.8, при котором указанное отношение равно приблизительно 6.
10. Способ по п.8 или 9, при котором обеспечение принудительной подачи включает подачу эластомерного материала к экструзионному шнеку (50) посредством моторизованного ролика (40).
11. Способ по п.10, при котором обеспечивают вращение моторизованного ролика (40) с окружной скоростью, которая меньше окружной скорости экструзионного шнека (50).
12. Способ по п.10 или 11, включающий охлаждение моторизованного ролика (40) посредством охлаждающей текучей среды.
13. Способ по п.12, включающий регулирование температуры рядом с моторизованным роликом (40) до значения, которое ниже температуры рядом с экструзионным шнеком (50).
14. Способ по любому из пп.8-13, при котором эластомерный материал подают со скоростью потока, находящейся в диапазоне между приблизительно 25 см3/с и приблизительно 45 см3/с.
15. Способ по любому из пп.8-14, при котором экструзионный шнек (50) содержит заостренную концевую часть (51), выполненную с, по меньшей мере, одним витком (52) резьбы.
