本发明涉及塑料挤出机技术领域,尤其是一种塑料挤出机机筒。
背景技术
塑料挤出成型主要采用塑料挤出机,机筒是塑料挤出机的重要部件,它通常是内表面光滑的圆柱筒体,物料在机筒内完成输送、压实、塑化和注射的过程,物料在进行上述形态变化的过程中,是通过机筒内壁和螺杆表面的摩擦作用向前输送的。现有的机筒由于内表面光滑,其摩擦力较小,螺杆转动时带动物料向前产生的轴向滑移小,即物料向前输送的速率低,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种塑料挤出机机筒,这种机筒可以解决塑料挤出机机筒存在降低生产效率的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种塑料挤出机机筒包括筒体,所述筒体具有加料段、塑化段和均化段,所述筒体的加料段内壁具有沿轴向设置的阶梯,所述加料段的内径朝所述均化段方向递减。
上述塑料挤出机机筒的技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:各所述阶梯之间通过斜面衔接。
进一步的,所述加料段内壁设置有半球状凸点。
进一步的,所述加料段具有通过螺栓连接固定在所述筒体内的套体,所述阶梯设置于所述套体的内壁。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、在加料段设置阶梯,可加大物料和筒体之间的摩擦力,以在螺杆转动时,提高物料的轴向输送速度,从而提高生产效率。
2、加料段的内径朝均段方向递减,能增加进料压力,提高熔体流动稳定性和压力稳定性。
3、设置套体,便于更换和维修,降低成本。

下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
图1所示的塑料挤出机机筒包括筒体1,筒体1具有加料段1-1、塑化段1-2和均化段1-3,加料段1-1具有装入筒体1内的套体2,筒体1内设置限制和定位套体2的台肩,套体2通过多个螺栓连接固定于筒体1内;套体2的内壁具有沿轴向设置的阶梯,各级阶梯的内径朝均化段1-3方向递减,最末一级阶梯的内径与筒体1塑化段1-2的内径相同,各阶梯之间通过斜面衔接,以避免卡阻;套体2的内壁还分布有多个半球状凸点3。
工作时,物料从筒体1上方的料斗进入加料段1-1的螺杆的螺槽内,当螺杆转动时,由于加料段1-1套体2的阶梯和半球状凸点3的存在,使得套体2内表面的摩擦力大于螺杆表面摩擦力,从而使螺槽内的物料转速小于螺杆的转速,减小物料随杆的转动,增大物料的轴向滑移,从而提高生产效率。

1.一种塑料挤出机机筒,包括筒体,所述筒体具有加料段、塑化段和均化段,其特征在于:所述筒体的加料段内壁具有沿轴向设置的阶梯,所述加料段的内径朝所述均化段方向递减;所述加料段内壁设置有半球状凸点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料挤出机机筒,其特征在于:各所述阶梯之间通过斜面衔接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料挤出机机筒,其特征在于:所述加料段具有通过螺栓连接固定在所述筒体内的套体,所述阶梯设置于所述套体的内壁。
