Claims (19)
1. Отверждаемый водный состав, содержащий
a) эмульсионный полимер, содержащий от 0,1 до 20 %мас. кислотных мономеров
b) оксазолинсодержащий полимер; и
c) водную дисперсию акрилового полимера, содержащего от 40 до 100 %мас. кислотных мономеров и имеющего средневзвешенную молекулярную массу в диапазоне от 2000 до 500000.
2. Отверждаемый водный состав по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что эмульсионный полимер присутствует в количествах из диапазона от 80 до 99,8 %мас., оксазолинсодержащий полимер присутствует в количествах из диапазона от 0,1 до 10 %мас. и водная дисперсия акрилового полимера присутствует в количествах из диапазона от 0,1 до 10 %мас., относительно массы сухих твердых веществ.
3. Отверждаемый водный состав по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что эмульсионный полимер содержит стирол, бутилакрилат, акриловую кислоту и итаконовую кислоту.
4. Отверждаемый водный состав по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что оксазолинсодержащий полимер имеет по меньшей мере одну 2-оксазолиновую группу.
5. Отверждаемый водный состав по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что оксазолинсодержащий полимер выбран из группы, состоящей из 2-винил-2-оксазолина, 2-винил-4-метил-2-оксазолина, 2-винил-5-метил-2-оксазолина, 2-изопропенил-2-оксазолина 2-изопропенил-4-метил-2-оксазолина, 2-изопропенил-5-этил-2-оксазолина, 2-изопропенил-4-гидроксиметил-4-этил-2-оксазолина, 2-(I-гексадецилвинил)-4,4-бис стеароилоксиметил)-2-оксазолина, 2-(I-эйкозилвинил)-4,4-бис(гидроксиметил)-2-оксазолина, 2-изопропенил-4,4-бис(гидроксиметил)-2-оксазолина, 2-изопропенил-4,4-бис(метил)-2-оксазолина и их смесей.
6. Способ формирования отверждаемого водного состава, включающий следующие этапы:
a) эмульсионную полимеризацию по меньшей мере одного моно-этилен-ненасыщенного мономера и по меньшей мере одного кислотного мономера в водном растворе для получения эмульсионного полимера; и
b) добавление оксазолинсодержащего полимера и водной дисперсии акрилового полимера к эмульсионному полимеру для получения отверждаемого водного состава.
7. Способ формирования отвержденного материала с помощью отверждаемого водного состава по п. 1, включающий
a) приведение в контакт тканого или нетканого материала с отверждаемым водным составом для формирования приведенного в контакт материала; и
b) нагрев приведенного в контакт нетканого материала до температуры из диапазона от 120°C до 220°C для получения отвержденного материала.
8. Продукт, содержащий:
a) тканый или нетканый материал; и
b) связующее, содержащее отверждаемый водный состав по п. 1.
9. Клей, склеивающий под давлением, содержащий отверждаемый водный состав по п. 1.
10. Ламинирующий клей, содержащий отверждаемый водный состав по п. 1.
