Claims (27)
1. Полиольный компонент b), содержащий:
от 25 до 35% масс, одного или нескольких простых/сложных полиэфирполиолов В) с функциональностью от 3,8 до 4,8, гидроксильным числом от 380 до 440 мг КОН/г и содержанием жирной кислоты и/или сложного эфира жирной кислоты от 8 до 17% масс. в пересчете на массу простых/сложных полиэфирполиолов В),
от 25 до 35% масс. одного или нескольких простых полиэфирполиолов С) с функциональностью от 3,7 до 4 и гидроксильным числом от 300 до 420 мг КОН/г,
от 25 до 35% масс. одного или нескольких простых полиэфирполиолов D) с функциональностью от 4,5 до 6,5 и гидроксильным числом от 400 до 520 мг КОН/г,
от 1,0 до 5% масс. одного или нескольких катализаторов Е),
от 0,1 до 5% масс. других вспомогательных компонентов и/или добавок F),
от 0,5 до 5% масс. воды G),
причем сумма компонентов В), С), D), Е), F) и G) составляет 100% масс.
2. Полиольный компонент по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что:
простой/сложный полиэфирполиол В) характеризуется средней функциональностью от 4,0 до 4,7, гидроксильным числом от 390 до 430 мг КОН/г и содержанием жирной кислоты и/или сложного эфира жирной кислоты, предпочтительно сложного метилового эфира жирной кислоты, от 10 до 16% масс.;
простой полиэфирполиол С) характеризуется средней функциональностью от 3,9 до 4,1 и гидроксильным числом от 350 до 410 мг КОН/г; и
простой полиэфирполиол D) характеризуется средней функциональностью от 4,8 до 6,2 и гидроксильным числом от 400 до 480 мг КОН/г.
3. Полиольный компонент по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что простой/сложный полиэфирполиол В) характеризуется средней функциональностью от 4,0 до 4,7, гидроксильным числом от 410 до 430 мг КОН/г и содержанием жирной кислоты и/или сложного эфира жирной кислоты, предпочтительно сложного метилового эфира жирной кислоты, от 11 до 15% масс.
4. Полиольный компонент по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что простым полиэфирполиолом С) является алкоксилированный толуилендиамин, а простым полиэфирполиолом D) алкоксилированная смесь сахарозы и глицерина.
5. Полиольный компонент по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что в качестве простого/сложного полиэфирполиола В) используют продукт взаимодействия инициирующей смеси сахароза/глицерин с биодизельным топливом или сложного метилового эфира олеиновой кислоты и одного или нескольких алкиленоксидов с 2-4 атомами углерода.
6. Полиольный компонент по п. 1 или 2, содержащий:
от 27 до 32% масс. простых/сложных полиэфирполиолов В),
от 27 до 32% масс. простых полиэфирполиолов С),
от 27 до 32% масс. простых полиэфирполиолов D),
от 1,0 до 3% масс. катализаторов Е),
от 1 до 3% масс. вспомогательных компонентов и/или добавок F) и
от 1,5 до 3% масс. воды G), предпочтительно от 2,0 до 3,0 масс. воды G),
причем сумма компонентов B-G) составляет 100% масс.
7. Способ получения жестких пенополиуретанов посредством взаимодействия:
i) органических или модифицированных органических диизоцианатов или полиизоцианатов А) или их смесей с
ii) полиольным компонентом b) по п. 1 или 2, к которому предварительно добавлено вспенивающее средство Н).
8. Применение полиольного компонента по п. 1 или 2 для получения жестких пенополиуретанов.
