Claims (36)
1. Способ получения, по меньшей мере, первого компонента съедобной композиции, включающий:
обеспечение в миксере частиц инкапсулирующего ингредиента со средним наибольшим размером менее 1000 микрон;
обеспечение в указанном миксере частиц активного ингредиента со средним наибольшим размером менее 1000 микрон; и
образование композиции указанного инкпсулирующего ингредиента и указанного активного ингредиента.
2. Способ по п. 1, где указанные частицы указанного инкапсулирующего ингредиента имеют средний наибольший размер менее 700 микрон.
3. Способ по п. 1, где указанные частицы указанного активного ингредиента имеют средний наибольший размер менее 700 микрон.
4. Способ по п. 1, где отношение указанного среднего наибольшего размера указанных частиц инкапсулирующего средства к указанному среднему наибольшему размеру частиц активного ингредиента составляет менее 20:1.
5. Способ по п. 1, где формирование указанной композиции дополнительно включает следующее:
- смешивание указанных частиц инкапсулирующего ингредиента и указанных частиц активного ингредиента; и
- плавление указанных частиц инкапсулирующего ингредиента.
6. Способ по п. 5, где указанное смешивание частиц инкапсулирующего ингредиента и указанного активного ингредиента происходит перед указанным плавлением указанных частиц инкапсулирующего ингредиента и/или во время него.
7. Способ по п. 5, где если указанная композиция включает профиль высвобождения, такой, что если указанная композиция подвергается воздействию растворяющего средства, то количество указанного активного ингредиента, которое растворяется в течение одной минуты, составляет менее половины количества активного ингредиента, которое может растворяться из другой по сути идентичной композиции, которая подвергается воздействию растворяющего средства, где активный ингредиент и инкапсулирующий ингредиент указанной другой композиции не смешиваются перед плавлением указанных частиц инкапсулирующего ингредиента.
8. Способ по п. 7, где указанный активный ингредиент представляет собой Ace-K, и где менее, чем около 30% указанного активного ингредиента растворяется в течение трех минут под воздействием указанного растворяющего средства.
9. Способ по п. 1, где указанные частицы указанного инкапсулирующего ингредиента размалывают перед перемещением в указанный экструдер.
10. Способ по п. 1, где указанная съедобная композиция представляет собой жевательную резинку.
11. Способ по п. 1, где указанный миксер представляет собой экструдер.
12. Способ по п. 1, где указанный миксер представляет собой порционный миксер.
13. Способ получения, по меньшей мере, первого компонента съедобной композиции, включающий:
обеспечение частиц инкапсулирующего ингредиента в миксере;
обеспечение частиц активного ингредиента в миксере; и
образование композиции указанного инкапсулирующего ингредиента и указанного активного ингредиента;
где отношение среднего наибольшего размера указанных частиц инкапсулирующего средства к среднему наибольшему размеру частиц активного ингредиента составляет менее 20:1.
14. Способ по п. 13, где указанные частицы указанного инкапсулирующего ингредиента размалывают для снижения их указанного среднего наибольшего размера перед перемещением в указанный экструдер.
15. Способ по п. 13, где указанный средний наибольший размер указанных частиц указанного инкапсулирующего ингредиента, представленного в указанном экструдере, составляет менее 1000 микрон.
16. Способ по п. 15, где указанный средний наибольший размер указанных частиц инкапсулирующего ингредиента, представленного в указанном экструдере, составляет менее 700 микрон.
17. Способ по п. 13, где указанный средний наибольший размер указанных частиц указанного активного ингредиента, представленного в указанном экструдере, составляет менее 1000 микрон.
18. Способ по п. 17, где указанный средний наибольший размер указанных частиц указанного активного ингредиента, представленного в указанном экструдере, составляет менее 700 микрон.
19. Способ по п. 13, где формирование указанной композиции дополнительно включает следующее:
- смешивание указанных частиц указанного инкапсулирующего ингредиента и указанных частиц указанного активного ингредиента; и
- плавление указанных частиц указанного инкапсулирующего ингредиента.
20. Способ по п. 19, где указанное смешивание частиц инкапсулирующего ингредиента и указанных частиц активного ингредиента происходит перед указанным плавлением указанных частиц инкапсулирующего ингредиента и/или во время него.
21. Способ по п. 19, где если указанная композиция включает профиль высвобождения, такой, что если указанная композиция подвергается воздействию растворяющего средства, то количество указанного активного ингредиента, которое растворяется в течение одной минуты, составляет менее половины количества активного ингредиента, которое может растворяться из другой по сути идентичной композиции, которая подвергается воздействию растворяющего средства, где активный ингредиент и инкапсулирующий ингредиент указанной другой композиции не смешиваются перед плавлением указанных частиц инкапсулирующего ингредиента.
22. Способ по п. 21, где указанный активный ингредиент представляет собой Ace-K, и где менее приблизительно 30% указанного активного ингредиента растворяется в течение трех минут под воздействием указанного растворяющего средства.
23. Способ по п. 13, где указанная съедобная композиция представляет собой жевательную резинку.
24. Способ по п. 13, где указанный миксер представляет собой экструдер.
25. Способ по п. 13, где указанный миксер представляет собой порционный миксер.
