Claims (20)

1. Термоотверждающаяся композиция, которая содержит в качестве существенных компонентов:
(A) полиэфирную смолу со среднечисловой молекулярной массой 1000-10000 и гидроксильным числом 5-200 мг KOH/г,
(B) блокированное алифатическое полиизоцианатное соединение, имеющее реакционную способность по отношению к гидроксильным группам компонента (A), где блоки представляют собой оксим метилэтилкетона и/или ε-капролактам, и соотношение компонентов смеси составляет 0,5-2,0 эквивалентов блокированных изоцианатных групп компонента (B) относительно гидроксильных групп компонента (A),
(С) от 0,05 до 5% масс. оловоорганического соединения, представленного следующей общей формулой (I), относительно общей массы твердых компонентов смолы (A) и (B)

где R1 представляет собой органическую группу, которая имеет 1-24 атомов углерода и непосредственно связана с атомом Sn через атом C, R2 представляет собой органическую группу, которая имеет 1-24 атомов углерода и непосредственно связана с атомом C от (C=0) через атом C,
(D) от 0,5 до 50% масс. органосиликата, представленного следующей общей формулой (II), и/или продукта его конденсации относительно общей массы твердых компонентов смолы (A) и (B)

где R3, R4, R5 и R6 в формуле могут быть одинаковыми или разными, и каждый представляет собой атом водорода или органическую группу с 1-10 атомами углерода, n равно 1.
2. Термоотверждающаяся композиция по п. 1, которая дополнительно содержит от 0,5 до 50% масс. соединения (E), представленного следующей общей формулой (III), относительно общей массы твердых компонентов смолы (A) и (B)

где R7 представляет собой атом водорода или органическую группу с 1-10 атомами углерода, R8 обозначает органическую группу с 1-10 атомами углерода, и где R8, может быть одинаковым или разным, и n равно 1 или 2).
3. Способ финишной окраски металлических листов, где термоотверждающуюся композицию по любому из пп. 1-2 наносят на металлический лист и отверждают термически.
4. Способ финишной окраски металлического листа, где грунтовочную краску наносят на металлический лист и отверждают термически, промежуточный слой краски, по необходимости, наносят поверх грунтовочной красочной пленки и отверждают термически и после этого наносят поверх красочной пленки термоотверждающуюся композицию по любому из пп. 1-2 как верхнее красочное покрытие и отверждают термически.
5. Способ финишной окраски по любому из пп. 3-4, где в качестве окрасочной машины используют валковую установку.
6. Способ финишной окраски по любому из пп. 3-5, где металлический лист представляет собой любой лист из следующих: лист холоднопрокатной стали, оцинкованный стальной лист, покрытый алюминием-цинком стальной лист, покрытый цинком-магнием стальной лист, покрытый алюминием-цинком-магнием стальной лист, лист из нержавеющей стали, алюминиевый лист или пластина из алюминиевого сплава.
7. Способ производства окрашенных изделий, включающий стадию, где финишную окраску металлического листа производят способом финишной окраски по любому из пп. 3-6.
