Abstract

composição termorretrátil com a qual é possível obter filmes de tinta que não exibem resistência a manchas por curto período após aplicação, mas com a qual se pode também esperar excelente resistência a manchas por períodos mais longos e que atendem às propriedades de filme de tinta necessárias para folhas de aço pintadas, como resistência à água e funcionalidade de flexão, e possuem altas qualidades de segurança e proteção ambiental. a presente invenção refere-se a uma composição termorretrátil que contém (a) resina de poliéster com peso molecular numérico médio de 1000-10.000 e valor hidroxila de 5-200 mg de koh/g; e (b) 0,5 a 2,0 equivalentes, com relação aos grupos hidroxila do componente (a) mencionado acima, de um composto (b) que é um composto de poli-isocianato alifático bloqueado que possui reatividade aos grupos hidroxila de componente (a), em que os blocos são metil etil cetona oxima e/ou e-caprolactama; (c) 0,05 a 5% em massa, com relação à massa total de sólidos de resina, de componente (a) e componente (b), de um composto de organoestanho representado pela fórmula geral (i): r1-sn-(o)c=o)-r2)3 (i) (r1 na fórmula representa um grupo orgânico que contém 1-24 carbonos e é diretamente ligado ao átomo de sn por um átomo de c; e r2 representa um grupo orgânico que contém 1-24 carbonos e é ligado diretamente ao átomo de c do (c=o) por um átomo de c); e (d) 0,5 a 50% em massa, com relação à massa total de sólidos de resina do componente (a) e componente (b), de um organossilicato representado pela fórmula geral (ii) a seguir e/ou um de seus produtos de condensação [chem.2] (cada um dentre r3, r4, r5 e r6 a fórmula é um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo orgânico com 1-10 carbonos e pode ser idêntico ou diferente; e n é 1).
