Claims (20)
1. Система связующего для смеси на основе формовочного материала, содержащая:
(A) первый компонент органического связующего;
(B) второй компонент органического связующего, дополняющий первый компонент органического связующего; и
(C) алкилсиликатный компонент;
где (A), (B) и (C) предусмотрены в виде трехкомпонентной системы в отдельных контейнерах для объединения во время применения.
2. Система связующего по п. 1, где
(A) представляет собой полиольный компонент, содержащий фенольную базовую смолу с по меньшей мере 2 гидроксильными группами на молекулу, при этом полиольный компонент не содержит полиизоцианатов; и
(B) представляет собой полиизоцианатный компонент, содержащий полиизоцианатное соединение с по меньшей мере 2 изоцианатными группами на молекулу, при этом изоцианатный компонент не содержит полиолов;
так что (A) и (B) составляют фенольно-уретановый химический состав, объединение и отверждение под действием аминного катализатора которого приводит к получению фенольно-уретанового полимера.
3. Система связующего по любому из пп. 1 или 2, где алкилсиликатный компонент содержит тетраэтилортосиликат (TEOS).
4. Система связующего по любому из пп. 1 или 2, где алкилсиликат предусматривает олигомер алкилсиликата.
5. Система связующего по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где (C) дополнительно содержит аминосилан с двумя линкерными фрагментами.
6. Система связующего по п. 5, где аминосилан с двумя линкерными фрагментами представляет собой бис(триметоксисилилпропил)амин.
7. Система связующего по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где (A) дополнительно содержит фтористоводородную кислоту.
8. Система связующего по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где как (A), так и (B) дополнительно содержат фтористоводородную кислоту.
9. Система связующего по п. 5, где (C) представляет собой смесь из 75% по весу TEOS, 25% по весу аминосилана с двумя линкерными фрагментами.
10. Система связующего по п. 9, где (C) присутствует в количестве, составляющем 4% от веса связующего.
11. Смесь на основе формовочного материала, содержащая:
огнеупорный основной формовочный материал и
систему связующего по любому из пп. 1-10.
