Claims (30)
1. Система для двигателя, содержащая:
первый выпускной коллектор, соединенный с первой группой выпускных клапанов и выпускным каналом, содержащим турбину турбонагнетателя; и
второй выпускной коллектор, соединенный со второй группой выпускных клапанов и заборным каналом через первую магистраль рециркуляции отработавших газов (РОГ), при этом первая магистраль рециркуляции отработавших газов соединена с заборным каналом между впускным дросселем и расположенным наиболее низко по потоку компрессором турбонагнетателя.
2. Система по п. 1, в которой фазы газораспределения первой группы выпускных клапанов отличны от фаз газораспределения второй группы выпускных клапанов.
3. Система по п. 1, в которой первая магистраль РОГ соединена с выходом расположенного наиболее низко по потоку компрессора турбонагнетателя.
4. Система по п. 1, в которой первая магистраль РОГ содержит первый клапан РОГ.
5. Система по п. 4, дополнительно содержащая вторую магистраль рециркуляции отработавших газов (РОГ), содержащую второй клапан РОГ и установленную между вторым выпускным коллектором и заборным каналом выше по потоку от расположенного наиболее низко по потоку компрессора турбонагнетателя.
6. Система по п. 5, дополнительно содержащая охладитель РОГ, соединенный со вторым выпускным коллектором, причем и первая магистраль РОГ, и вторая магистраль РОГ соединены со вторым выпускным коллектором ниже по потоку от охладителя РОГ.
7. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая охладитель наддувочного воздуха, расположенный в заборном канале ниже по потоку от выхода расположенного наиболее низко по потоку компрессора турбонагнетателя и места соединения первой магистрали РОГ с заборным каналом.
8. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая эжектор, расположенный в заборном канале в месте соединения первой магистрали РОГ с заборным каналом.
9. Система по п. 1, в которой расположенный наиболее низко по потоку компрессор турбонагнетателя представляет собой единственный компрессор турбонагнетателя в заборном канале.
10. Система по п. 1, в которой турбина турбонагнетателя представляет собой двухступенчатую турбину, и причем система дополнительно содержит каталитический нейтрализатор, расположенный в выпускном канале ниже по потоку от двухступенчатой турбины.
11. Способ, содержащий шаги, на которых:
выборочно направляют отработавшие газы из первой группы выпускных клапанов в каждую из первой магистрали рециркуляции отработавших газов (РОГ), соединенной с заборным каналом выше по потоку от компрессора с приводом от турбины, и второй магистрали рециркуляции отработавших газов, присоединенной ниже по потоку от выхода компрессора, в зависимости от параметров работы двигателя; и
направляют отработавшие газы из второй группы выпускных клапанов в турбину.
12. Способ по п. 11, отличающийся тем, что открытие любого выпускного клапана первой группы выпускных клапанов происходит в момент, отличный от момента открытия любого выпускного клапана второй группы выпускных клапанов.
13. Способ по п. 11, в котором выборочное направление отработавших газов включает в себя выборочное направление отработавших газов в заборный канал путем регулирования положения первого клапана, расположенного в первой магистрали РОГ, и второго клапана, расположенного во второй магистрали РОГ.
14. Способ по п. 13, дополнительно содержащий шаг, на котором, при превышении пороговой частоты вращения двигателя, и/или пороговой нагрузки двигателя, и/или порогового числа оборотов компрессора, закрывают первый клапан и открывают второй клапан.
15. Способ по п. 13, дополнительно содержащий шаг, на котором, при превышении верхней пороговой температуры отработавших газов из первой группы выпускных клапанов, закрывают первый клапан и открывают второй клапан.
16. Способ по п. 13, дополнительно содержащий шаг, на котором, в связи с образованием конденсата на входе компрессора, закрывают первый клапан и открывают второй клапан.
17. Способ по п. 13, дополнительно содержащий шаг, на котором, в состояниях с наддувом, когда компрессор работает в пределах установленных порогов по температуре и конденсату, открывают первый клапан и закрывают второй клапан.
18. Способ по п. 13, дополнительно содержащий шаг, на котором, в ответ на состояние помпажа компрессора, открывают и первый клапан, и второй клапан.
19. Способ по п. 11, также предусматривающий то, что отработавшие газы не охлаждают ни в первой магистрали РОГ, ни во второй магистрали РОГ.
20. Система для двигателя, содержащая:
первый выпускной коллектор, соединенный с первой группой выпускных клапанов цилиндров и выпускным каналом, содержащим турбину турбонагнетателя;
второй выпускной коллектор, соединенный со второй группой выпускных клапанов цилиндров и с заборным каналом посредством:
первой магистрали рециркуляции отработавших газов (магистрали РОГ), соединенной с заборным каналом между впускным дросселем и расположенным наиболее низко по потоку компрессором турбонагнетателя; и
второй магистрали РОГ, соединенной с заборным каналом выше по потоку от расположенного наиболее низко по потоку компрессора турбонагнетателя; и
контроллер, содержащий память с машиночитаемыми инструкциями для:
выборочного направления отработавших газов из второй группы выпускных клапанов цилиндров в заборный канал по каждой из первой магистрали РОГ и второй магистрали РОГ в зависимости от параметров работы двигателя.
