Claims (33)
1. Термопластичный состав, содержащий:
полиолефин; и
состав полимерной технологической добавки, содержащий:
первый поли(оксиалкиленовый) полимер со средневесовой молекулярной массой как минимум примерно 50000 граммов на моль; и
металлическую соль карбоновой кислоты, сульфоновой кислоты или алкилсульфата.
2. Термопластичный состав по п. 1, где средневесовая молекулярная масса первого поли(оксиалкиленового) полимера составляет до примерно 500000 граммов на моль.
3. Термопластичный состав по п. 1, где состав полимерной технологической добавки дополнительно содержит второй поли(оксиалкиленовый) полимер со средневесовой молекулярной массой до примерно 20000 граммов на моль.
4. Термопластичный состав по п. 3, где средневесовая молекулярная масса первого поли(оксиалкиленового) полимера составляет до примерно 1000000 граммов на моль.
5. Термопластичный состав по п. 1, где термопластичный состав по существу свободен от фторполимеров и кремнийорганических соединений.
6. Термопластичный состав по п. 1, где металлическая соль представляет собой металлическую соль карбоновой кислоты.
7. Термопластичный состав по п. 6, где карбоновая кислота отличается от стеариновой кислоты.
8. Термопластичный состав по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий как минимум один из антиоксиданта, оксида металла, или светостабилизатора на основе стерически затрудненного амина.
9. Термопластичный состав по пункту 1, где первый поли(оксиалкиленовый) полимер представляет собой полиэтиленоксид.
10. Термопластичный состав по п. 1, где полиолефин представляет собой линейный полиэтилен низкой плотности.
11. Термопластичный состав по п. 1, где полиолефин представляет собой полиолефин, полученный гомогенным катализом.
12. Термопластичный состав по п. 1, где содержание состава полимерной технологической добавки составляет от 0,002 до 10% от общей массы термопластичного состава.
13. Термопластичный состав по п. 1, где содержание металлической соли составляет до 15% по массе от общей массы поли(оксиалкиленового) полимера и металлической соли карбоновой кислоты, сульфоновой кислоты или алкилсульфата.
14. Термопластичный состав по п. 1, где первый поли(оксиалкиленовый) полимер и второй поли(оксиалкиленовый) полимер представлены в массовой пропорции в диапазоне от 5:95 до 95:5.
15. Термопластичный состав по п. 1, где состав дополнительно содержит поликапролактон.
16. Термопластичный состав по п. 1, где металлическая соль представляет собой соль натрия или калия.
17. Термопластичный состав по п. 1, где металлическая соль представляет собой соль цинка или кальция.
18. Термопластичный состав по п. 1, где полимерная технологическая добавка по существу свободна от антиоксидантов.
19. Термопластичный состав по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий оксид металла.
20. Способ уменьшения дефектов расплава в процессе экструзии полиолефина, включающий экструдирование термопластичного состава по любому из пп. 1-19.
21. Способ по п. 20, дополнительно включающий:
смешивание состава полимерной технологической добавки и полиолефина с получением термопластичного состава перед экструдированием термопластичного состава.
22. Состав полимерной технологической добавки, содержащий:
первый поли(оксиалкиленовый) полимер со средневесовой молекулярной массой как минимум примерно 50000 граммов на моль;
второй поли(оксиалкиленовый) полимер со средневесовой молекулярной массой до примерно 20000 граммов на моль; и
металлическую соль карбоновой кислоты, сульфоновой кислоты или алкилсульфата.
23. Состав полимерной технологической добавки по п. 22, где первый поли(оксиалкиленовый) полимер представляет собой полиэтиленоксид, и где второй поли(оксиалкиленовый) полимер представляет собой полиэтиленгликоль.
24. Состав полимерной технологической добавки по п. 22, где содержание металлической соли составляет до 15% по массе от общей массы состава полимерной технологической добавки.
25. Состав полимерной технологической добавки по п. 22, где состав дополнительно содержит поликапролактон.
