Description
ZnOに対する加硫活性剤としてのZn2SiO4の能力を試験するため、ZnOまたはZn2SiO4のいずれかと、ポリマーベースを表す分子としてスクアレンとを含む加硫系モデル分子の加硫反応に基づく実験方法を考え出した。HPLC分析技術によって、加硫の発生をモニターした。
Claims (8)
- 架橋性不飽和鎖を有するポリマーベースと、充填剤と、加硫系とを含み、前記加硫系は少なくとも硫黄と、1以上の加硫促進剤と、1以上の加硫活性剤とを含み、前記加硫系がZn2SiO4からなる加硫活性剤を含み、
前記Zn 2 SiO 4 からなる加硫活性剤が、前記コンパウンドに0.01〜2.5phrの量で存在することを特徴とする、ゴムコンパウンド。
ただし、亜鉛成分をZnとして、1〜7重量%含有する亜鉛含有水和珪酸であって、吸油量が100mL/100g以上、かつBET比表面積が100〜400m 2 /gの範囲であるゴム用充填剤を含有するゴム組成物を除く。 - 前記Zn2SiO4からなる加硫活性剤が、前記コンパウンドに0.01〜1.5phrの量で存在する、請求項1に記載のゴムコンパウンド。
- 前記Zn2SiO4からなる加硫活性剤が、前記加硫系における唯一の加硫活性剤である、請求項1または2に記載のゴムコンパウンド。
- Zn2SiO4が、前記コンパウンドにおけるZnの唯一の源である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のゴムコンパウンド。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のコンパウンドを用いて製造された、タイヤ部分。
- 請求項5に記載の部分を含む、タイヤ。
- ゴムコンパウンドにおける加硫活性剤としてのZn2SiO4の使用であって、
前記コンパウンドは、架橋性不飽和鎖を有するポリマーベースを含み、
前記Zn 2 SiO 4 からなる加硫活性剤が、前記コンパウンドに0.01〜2.5phrの量で存在する、使用。
ただし、前記ゴムコンパウンドは、亜鉛成分をZnとして、1〜7重量%含有する亜鉛含有水和珪酸であって、吸油量が100mL/100g以上、かつBET比表面積が100〜400m 2 /gの範囲であるゴム用充填剤を含有するゴム組成物を除く。
- 前記Zn2SiO4からなる加硫活性剤が、前記コンパウンドに0.01〜1.5phrの量で存在する、請求項7に記載の使用。
