Claims (17)
1. Жесткое модульное зажимное устройство с радиальной и осевой компенсацией содержащее: охватывающий элемент (301), входящий элемент (401) и множество крепящих установочных винтов или винтов с углублением под ключ;
охватывающий элемент (301) имеет соприкасающуюся поверхность (308), цилиндрический сегмент (304) со множеством резьбовых отверстий для осевой регулировки (303), участок квадратного сечения (305) со множеством резьбовых отверстий для радиальной регулировки (302) и центральное отверстие для подачи СОЖ (311);
входящий элемент (401) имеет цилиндрический сегмент (402), сегмент квадратного сечения (403) с множеством углублений (404), уплотняющих прокладок или уплотняющих элементов (1103) и еще одним центральным отверстием для подачи СОЖ (411);
там же предусмотрены крепящие установочные винты или винты с углублениями под ключ для осевого и радиального регулирования, предусмотренные там же крепящие установочные винты для радиальной настройки, называются наклонными крепящими установочными винтами (307), а крепящие установочные винты для осевой настройки - осевыми крепящими установочными винтами (306);
вышеупомянутые входящий элемент (401) и охватывающий элемент (301) соединяются соприкасающимися поверхностями в области сопряжения деталей;
осевой увод и осевая фиксация контролируются упомянутыми выше осевыми крепящими установочными винтами (306), а радиальный увод и радиальная фиксация - упомянутыми выше наклонными крепящими установочными винтами (307);
осевые крепящие установочные винты (306) и наклонные крепящие установочные винты (307) вместе обеспечивают жесткую фиксацию соприкасающихся поверхностей и в то же время позволяют регулировать и контролировать радиальный и осевой увод с точностью до микрометров;
фиксирующая система предусмотрена в рамках диаметра входящих в соприкосновение поверхностей элементов, чтобы материал не выступал за эти рамки.
2. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что цилиндрический сегмент (304) охватывающего элемента (301) заменяется на сегмент треугольного/шестигранного/прямоугольного/семигранного/ квадратного и др. сечения.
3. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что осевая и радиальная компенсация осуществляется с помощью цилиндрической арматуры, установленной вдоль крепящей системы квадратного сечения, концентричной по отношению к фиксирующим элементам, при этом крепящая система предохраняет детали от несанкционированного вращения, направляет их и фиксирует друг с другом.
4. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что жесткий картридж имеет квадратную или другую форму, чтобы блочная фиксация могла быть произведена в нужном месте, при этом углубление (404) задает его направление и закрепляет его, чтобы его соприкасающаяся поверхность (407) была правильно выровнена.
5. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что маркировка или нумерация наносятся на внешнюю сторону сопрягаемых деталей, что обеспечивает стыковку нужных сторон частей, что обеспечивает необходимые точность и стабильность работы системы.
6. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что конструкции резьбовых отверстий охватывающего элемента (301) и соответствующих запирающих плоскостей входящего элемента (401) зависят от типа и формы сопрягаемых деталей, которые, в свою очередь, проектируются так, чтобы обеспечить жесткость крепления.
7. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что сопрягаемые детали входящего (401) и принимающего (301) элементов взаимозаменяемы.
8. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что сопрягаемые детали входящего (401) и принимающего (301) элементов при контакте образуют небольшие зазоры для осевого и радиального регулирования.
9. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что устройство сформировано для обеспечения последовательных и комбинированных соединений.
10. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что контакт предназначенных для этого частей входящего и охватывающего элементов, в том числе ранее упомянутых соприкасающихся поверхностей (407), осуществляется на максимальной плоскости.
