при этом в дополнительной композитной области (108) второй несущий слой (208) характеризуется большей толщиной, чем в первой композитной области (107),
b) обеспечивают первый фиксирующий элемент (103), содержащий первую фиксирующую поверхность (105), и дополнительный фиксирующий элемент (104), содержащий дополнительную фиксирующую поверхность (106),
причем дополнительная фиксирующая поверхность (106) содержит выемку (213);
c) вводят в контакт четвертый композитный слой (204) с первой фиксирующей поверхностью (105), первый композитный слой (201) с дополнительной фиксирующей поверхностью (106) и первый композитный слой (201) со вторым композитным слоем (202);
причем каждая из первой композитной области (107) и дополнительной композитной области (108) по меньшей мере частично расположена между выемкой (213) и первой фиксирующей поверхностью (105), и
d) соединяют первый композитный слой (201) со вторым композитным слоем (202).
17. Способ (400) по п. 16, согласно которому на этапе d) (404) первая фиксирующая поверхность (105) или дополнительная фиксирующая поверхность (106), или и та и другая передают колебания плоскому композитному материалу (101) с:
a) частотой в диапазоне от 10 кГц до 50 кГц или
b) амплитудой в диапазоне от 3 мкм до 20 мкм, или
c) тем и другим.
18. Способ (400) по п. 16 или 17, согласно которому на этапе d) (404) соединение представляет собой запечатывание путем передачи ультразвуковых колебаний от первого фиксирующего элемента (103) или дополнительного фиксирующего элемента (104), или того и другого к сложенному плоскому композитному материалу (101).
19. Способ (400) по п. 18, согласно которому ультразвуковые колебания возбуждают в течение периода времени с длительностью в диапазоне от 50 мс до 500 мс.
20. Способ (400) по любому из пп. 16-19, согласно которому на этапе а) (401) сложенный плоский композитный материал (101) является заготовкой (102) контейнера,
причем на этапе d) (404) соединением является закрытие заготовки (102) контейнера.
21. Способ (400) по п. 20, согласно которому перед этапом с) (403) продукты питания вводят в заготовку (102) контейнера.
22. Способ (400) по п. 20 или 21, согласно которому на этапе d) (404) получают закрытый контейнер (700),
причем закрытый контейнер (700) обрабатывают в автоклаве или пастеризуют, или и то и другое.
23. Способ (400) по любому из пп. 20-22, согласно которому перед этапом с) (403) стерилизуют заготовку (102) контейнера.
24. Закрытый контейнер (700), получаемый способом (400) по любому из пп. 16-23.
25. Закрытый контейнер (800), окружающий внутреннюю часть (113), причем закрытый контейнер (800) содержит сложенный плоский композитный материал (101);
при этом сложенный плоский композитный материал (101) содержит первую область (803) шва и дополнительную область (804) шва,
причем первая область (803) шва соединена вдоль шва (802) с дополнительной областью (804) шва,
при этом первая область (803) шва или дополнительная область (804) шва, или и та, и другая имеют углубление (801) вдоль шва (802).
26. Применение устройства (100) по любому из пп. 1-15 для соединения первого композитного слоя (201) со вторым композитным слоем (202).
