Claims (30)
1. Каталитический материал селективного каталитического восстановления (SCR), включающий сферическую частицу, которая включает агломерат кристаллов молекулярного сита, где сферическая частица имеет средний диаметр частицы в диапазоне от около 0.5 до около 5 микрон.
2. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 1, где молекулярное сито включает d6r блок.
3. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 2, где молекулярное сито имеет тип структуры, выбранный из группы, включающей AEI, AFT, AFX, СНА, ЕАВ, ЕМТ, ERI, FAU, GME, JSR, KFI, LEV, LTL, LTN, MOZ, MSO, MWW, OFF, SAS, SAT, SAV, SBS, SBT, SFW, SSF, SZR, TSC, WEN, и их комбинации.
4. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 3, где молекулярное сито имеет тип структуры, выбранный из AEI, AFT, AFX, СНА, ЕАВ, ERI, KFI, LEV, SAS, SAT, и SAV.
5. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 4, где молекулярное сито имеет тип структуры, выбранный из AEI, СНА, и AFX.
6. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 5, где молекулярное сито имеет тип структуры СНА.
7. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 6, где молекулярное сито, имеющее тип структуры СНА, выбрано из алюмосиликатного цеолита, боросиликата, галлосиликата, SAPO, А1РО, MeAPSO, и МеАРО.
8. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 6, где молекулярное сито, имеющее тип структуры СНА, выбрано из группы, включающей SSZ-13, SSZ-62, природный шабазит, цеолит K-G, Linde D, Linde R, LZ-218, LZ-235, LZ-236, ZK-14, SAPO-34, SAPO-44, SAPO-47, и ZYT-6.
9. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 8, где молекулярное сито выбрано из SSZ-13 и SSZ-62.
10. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 1, где молекулярное сито промотируют металлом, выбранным из Cu, Fe, Со, Ni, La, Се, Mn, V, Ag, и их комбинаций.
11. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 10, где молекулярное сито промотируют металлом, выбранным из Cu, Fe, и их комбинаций.
12. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 1, где каталитический материал SCR является эффективным, чтобы катализировать селективное каталитическое восстановление оксидов азота в присутствии восстановителя при температурах между 200°С и 600°С.
13. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 6, где молекулярное сито, имеющее тип структуры СНА, имеет соотношение диоксида кремния к оксиду алюминия в диапазоне от 10 до 100.
14. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 10, где металл присутствует в количестве в диапазоне от около 0.1 до около 10 мас. % в пересчете на оксиды.
15. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 1, где сферическая частица имеет средний диаметр частицы в диапазоне от около 1.2 до около 3.5 микрон.
16. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 1, где кристаллы имеют размер кристалла в диапазоне от около 1 до около 250 нм.
17. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 16, где кристаллы имеют размер кристалла в диапазоне от около 100 до около 250 нм.
18. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 1, где каталитический материал SCR находится в форме покрытия из пористого оксида.
19. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 18, где покрытие из пористого оксида представляет собой слой, осажденный на подложку.
20. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 19, где подложка включает фильтр.
21. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 20, где фильтр представляет собой фильтр с проточными стенками.
22. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 19, где подложка является проточной подложкой.
23. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 1, где, по меньшей мере, 80% сферических частиц имеет средний диаметр частицы в диапазоне от 0.5 до 2.5 микрон.

28. Каталитический материал SCR по п. 26, в котором четырехвалентный переходной металл включает Ti.
29. Способ селективного восстановления оксидов азота (NOx), при этом способ включает контактирование потока выхлопных газов, содержащего NOx, с материалом селективного каталитического восстановления, включающим сферическую частицу, которая включает агломерат кристаллов молекулярного сита, где сферическая частица имеет средний диаметр частицы в диапазоне от около 0.5 до около 5 микрон.
30. Система обработки выхлопных газов двигателя для обедненной топливной смеси, содержащих NOx, при этом система включает каталитический материал SCR по п. 1 и, по меньшей мере, один другой компонент обработки выхлопных газов.
