Claims (13)

1. Материал основания для изготовления композиционного продукта, включающего в себя материал основания и импрегнированную матрицу, при этом материал основания содержит один или более нетканый/нетканых слой/слоев волокон, причем каждый нетканый слой волокон состоит из термопластиковых волокон, по меньшей мере, на 50% масс. относительно общей массы волокон в соответствующем нетканом слое волокон, и сетчатый холст, включающий в себя уточные нити пряжи из стекловолокна или из высокомодульного полиэфирного волокна, при этом уточные нити стеклянной пряжи имеют линейную плотность 28 текс или менее, предпочтительно 20 текс или менее, более предпочтительно 15 текс или менее, уточные нити высокомодульной полиэфирной пряжи имеют линейную плотность 50 текс или менее, предпочтительно 40 текс или менее, более предпочтительно 30 текс или менее.
2. Материал основания по п. 1, в котором сетчатый холст содержит основные нити пряжи из стекловолокна или высокомодульного полиэфирного волокна, при этом основные нити пряжи имеют линейную плотность 100 текс или менее, предпочтительно 50 текс или менее, более предпочтительно 28 текс или менее, еще более предпочтительно 20 текс или менее, наиболее предпочтительно 15 текс или менее.
3. Материал основания по п. 1 или 2, в котором сетчатый холст содержит уточные нити пряжи и/или основные нити пряжи, имеющие модуль упругости, равный, по меньшей мере, 25 ГПа.
4. Материал основания по п. 1 или 2, в котором уточные нити пряжи сетчатого холста представляют собой мультифиламентные нити стеклянной пряжи, при этом отдельно взятые стеклянные филаментные нити мультифиламентной стеклянной пряжи имеют диаметр в диапазоне от 3 мкм до 18 мкм.
5. Материал основания по п. 1 или 2, в котором уточные нити пряжи и/или основные нити пряжи сетчатого холста изготовлены из Е-стекла или AR-стекла.
6. Материал основания по п. 1 или 2, в котором сетчатый холст содержит связующее, причем связующее включает в себя любые термопластичные или термоотверждающиеся органические полимеры, сополимеры или любую их смесь, в частности, поливиниловый спирт (PVA), полиакрилат, полистиролбутадиен, полиэтилен, поливинилацетат, полистиролакрилаты, поливинилакрилат, или PVC-пластизоль.
7. Материал основания по п. 1, в котором, по меньшей мере, один, предпочтительно каждый, из нетканых слоев волокон состоит из термопластиковых волокон, по меньшей мере, на 75% масс., предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, на 90% масс., более предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, на 95% масс., относительно общей массы волокон в соответственном нетканом слое волокон.
8. Материал основания по п. 1, в котором нетканый слой волокон содержит однокомпонентные волокна, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, однокомпонентные волокна двух различных типов, или содержит двухкомпонентные волокна.
9. Материал основания по любому из п. 7 или 8, в котором один или более нетканый/нетканых слой/слоев волокон подвергают термическому скреплению.
10. Материал основания по п.1, в котором один или более нетканый/нетканых слой/слоев волокон и сетчатый холст соединены друг с другом с получением интегрированного основания.
11. Материал основания по п.1, в котором сетчатый холст прокладывают между двумя неткаными слоями волокон.
12. Композиционный продукт, содержащий материал основания по любому из пп. 1-11 и импрегнированную матрицу.
13. Композиционный продукт по п. 12, который представляет собой виниловое напольное покрытие.
