Изделие по п. 1, в котором ткань содержит несколько рядов связанных нитей, причем распределенные нити находятся в меньшем числе рядов.5. Изделие по п. 1, в котором ткань имеет ткацкое переплетение прядей.6. Claims (20)

1. Изделие, содержащее многонаправленную ткань из первых усиливающих прядей волокна, проходящих в первом направлении, и вторых усиливающих прядей волокна, проходящих во втором направлении, причем части нитей в первых прядях волокна проходят за пределы границы ткани и являются распределенными, а пряди внедрены в смолу.
2. Изделие по п. 1, в котором нити во вторых прядях также проходят за пределы границы ткани и являются распределенными.
3. Изделие по п. 1, в котором нити в пределах границы ткани обеспечивают структурную прочность вдоль первого и второго направлений, причем нити, проходящие за пределы границы, обеспечивают структурную прочность в только первом направлении.
4. Изделие по п. 1, в котором ткань содержит несколько рядов связанных нитей, причем распределенные нити находятся в меньшем числе рядов.
5. Изделие по п. 1, в котором ткань имеет ткацкое переплетение прядей.
6. Изделие по п. 5, в котором нити, проходящие за пределы границы, разрежены таким образом, что не поддерживаются поперечными волокнами.
7. Изделие по п. 1, в котором ткань имеет плетение прядей, проходящих в первом, втором и третьем направлениях.
8. Изделие по п. 1, в котором ткань имеет круглую границу, причем нити, проходящие за пределы границы, являются перпендикулярными по отношению к границе.

12. Структура, содержащая первую и вторую части, соединенные вместе, причем первая часть содержит множественные слои усиливающих волокон, при этом наружный слой из числа слоев содержит многомерную ткань усиливающих прядей, имеющих распределенные нити, которые соединены с поверхностью второй части.
13. Структура по п. 12, в которой первая и вторая части являются дискретными.
14. Структура по п. 13, в которой дискретные части являются элементами конструкции самолета.
15. Структура по п. 12, в которой первой частью является заплата для второй части.
16. Структура по п. 15, в которой вторая часть расположена в области самолета, которая подвержена ударному повреждению.
17. Структура по п. 12, в которой концы нитей являются волнистыми.
18. Способ изготовления композитной структуры, содержащий этапы, согласно которым:
соединяют первую и вторую части, причем первая часть содержит наружный слой, имеющий ткацкое переплетение первых прядей, проходящих в первом направлении, и вторых прядей, проходящих во втором направлении,
распределяют концы прядей на отдельные нити и
соединяют распределенные нити с поверхностью второй части.
19. Способ по п. 18, согласно которому первая и вторая части являются элементами конструкции самолета.
20. Способ по п. 18, согласно которому первой частью является заплата для второй части, которая в свою очередь является элементом конструкции самолета.
