Abstract
1. Способ изготовления абсорбирующего материала, содержащий следующие стадии:обеспечение волокнистого материала, включающего в себя множество отдельных волокон, образующих волокнистую матрицу;укладку множества абсорбирующих волокон на верхнюю поверхность волокнистого материала; ивнедрение множества абсорбирующих волокон в волокнистую матрицу иглопробивным способом.2. Способ по п.1, в котором каждое из множества отдельных волокон имеет диаметр волокна в диапазоне от приблизительно 11 мкм до 100 мкм.3. Способ по п.2, в котором каждое из множества абсорбирующих волокон имеет диаметр волокна в диапазоне от приблизительно 10 мкм до 40 мкм.4. Способ по п.3, в котором каждое из множества отдельных волокон имеет диаметр волокна, по меньшей мере на 1 мкм превышающий диаметр каждого из абсорбирующих волокон.5. Способ по п.1, в котором волокнистый материал имеет толщину до внедрения множества абсорбирующих волокон в волокнистый материал и в котором абсорбирующий материал имеет толщину после внедрения абсорбирующих волокон в волокнистый материал.6. Способ по п.5, в котором процентная разница между толщиной волокнистого материала до внедрения в него множества абсорбирующих волокон и толщиной абсорбирующего материала после внедрения абсорбирующих волокон в волокнистый материал составляет менее 50%.7. Способ по п.6, в котором процентная разница составляет менее 30%.8. Способ по п.7, в котором процентная разница составляет менее 15%.9. Способ по п.1, в котором волокнистый материал представляет собой волокнистый нетканый материал.10. Способ по п.9, в котором волокнистый нетканый материал образован из множества волокон, выбранных из группы
Claims (14)
1. Способ изготовления абсорбирующего материала, содержащий следующие стадии:
обеспечение волокнистого материала, включающего в себя множество отдельных волокон, образующих волокнистую матрицу;
укладку множества абсорбирующих волокон на верхнюю поверхность волокнистого материала; и
внедрение множества абсорбирующих волокон в волокнистую матрицу иглопробивным способом.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором каждое из множества отдельных волокон имеет диаметр волокна в диапазоне от приблизительно 11 мкм до 100 мкм.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором каждое из множества абсорбирующих волокон имеет диаметр волокна в диапазоне от приблизительно 10 мкм до 40 мкм.
4. Способ по п.3, в котором каждое из множества отдельных волокон имеет диаметр волокна, по меньшей мере на 1 мкм превышающий диаметр каждого из абсорбирующих волокон.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором волокнистый материал имеет толщину до внедрения множества абсорбирующих волокон в волокнистый материал и в котором абсорбирующий материал имеет толщину после внедрения абсорбирующих волокон в волокнистый материал.
6. Способ по п.5, в котором процентная разница между толщиной волокнистого материала до внедрения в него множества абсорбирующих волокон и толщиной абсорбирующего материала после внедрения абсорбирующих волокон в волокнистый материал составляет менее 50%.
7. Способ по п.6, в котором процентная разница составляет менее 30%.
8. Способ по п.7, в котором процентная разница составляет менее 15%.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором волокнистый материал представляет собой волокнистый нетканый материал.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором волокнистый нетканый материал образован из множества волокон, выбранных из группы, состоящей из полиэфира, нейлона, сополиэфира, полиэтилена, полипропилена, полимеров молочной кислоты и их комбинаций.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором волокнистый нетканый материал получают одним из следующих способов: аэродинамический способ формирования холста, кардовязальный способ или использование полимерной связки и адгезионного крепления.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором множество абсорбирующих волокон выбирают из группы, состоящей из целлюлозы из древесины твердых пород, целлюлозы из древесины мягких пород, гидратцеллюлозного волокна, хлопка и их комбинаций.
13. Способ по п.4, в котором иглопробивной способ выполняют с помощью множества отдельных игл, выполненных с возможностью внедрения абсорбирующих волокон в волокнистую матрицу.
14. Способ по п.13, в котором каждая из множества игл включает в себя крючок, имеющий глубину крючка, причем указанную глубину крючка выбирают таким образом, чтобы радиус каждого из абсорбирующих волокон был по меньшей мере на 0,5 мкм меньше глубины крючка, при этом радиус каждого из отдельных волокон, образующих волокнистую матрицу, был по меньшей мере на 0,5 мкм больше глубины крючка.
