Claims (36)
1. Устройство представления информации касательно транспортного средства для использования в автономном транспортном средстве, которое переключает управление вождением между управлением автономным вождением, в котором транспортное средство управляется автономно, и управлением вождением вручную, в котором транспортное средство управляется вручную водителем, причем устройство представления информации касательно транспортного средства содержит:
- модуль оценки уровня внимания при вождении, выполненный с возможностью оценивать уровень внимания при вождении водителя; и
- контроллер представления информации, выполненный с возможностью переключать информацию изображения, которая должна представляться водителю, согласно уровню внимания при вождении водителя, оцененному посредством модуля оценки уровня внимания при вождении.
2. Устройство представления информации касательно транспортного средства по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее:
- модуль определения состояния системы, выполненный с возможностью определять состояние системы автономного вождения, при этом:
- контроллер представления информации представляет состояние системы водителю, когда уровень внимания при вождении водителя равен или меньше первого предварительно определенного значения.
3. Устройство представления информации касательно транспортного средства по п. 2, в котором:
- модуль определения состояния системы вычисляет уровень доверия к системе для состояния системы, и
- когда уровень доверия к системе равен или меньше второго предварительно определенного значения, контроллер представления информации представляет, водителю, информацию, указывающую то, что состояние системы является непредпочтительным.
4. Устройство представления информации касательно транспортного средства по п. 2 или 3, в котором:
- модуль определения состояния системы вычисляет уровень доверия к системе для состояния системы, и
- когда уровень доверия к системе выше второго предварительно определенного значения, контроллер представления информации представляет, водителю, информацию, указывающую то, что состояние системы является предпочтительным.
5. Устройство представления информации касательно транспортного средства по любому из пп. 1-4, дополнительно содержащее:
- модуль обнаружения состояния пассажиров, выполненный с возможностью обнаруживать состояние пассажира, включающего в себя водителя, и за счет этого оценивать уровень внимания при вождении водителя.
6. Устройство представления информации касательно транспортного средства по п. 5, в котором:
- модуль обнаружения состояния пассажиров включает в себя модуль обнаружения голоса, выполненный с возможностью обнаруживать голос в салоне транспортного средства, и
- модуль оценки уровня внимания при вождении оценивает уровень внимания при вождении водителя на основе голоса, обнаруженного посредством модуля обнаружения голоса.
7. Устройство представления информации касательно транспортного средства по п. 6, в котором:
- модуль обнаружения состояния пассажиров обнаруживает голос водителя и голос, отличный от голоса водителя, из голоса в салоне транспортного средства и дополнительно обнаруживает, по меньшей мере, одно из продолжительности от голоса пассажира, отличного от водителя, до голоса водителя, скорости речи водителя и флуктуации высоты основного тона водителя.
8. Устройство представления информации касательно транспортного средства по п. 6 или 7, в котором:
- модуль обнаружения состояния пассажиров дополнительно включает в себя:
- модуль захвата изображений, выполненный с возможностью захватывать изображение лица водителя, и
- модуль измерения пульса, выполненный с возможностью измерять пульс водителя, и
- модуль оценки уровня внимания при вождении оценивает уровень внимания при вождении водителя на основе изображения лица, захваченного посредством модуля захвата изображений, пульса, измеряемого посредством модуля измерения пульса, и голоса в салоне транспортного средства.
9. Устройство представления информации касательно транспортного средства по п. 8, в котором:
- из изображения лица, модуль обнаружения состояния пассажиров обнаруживает, по меньшей мере, одно из диаметра зрачка, частоты зевания, продолжительности мигания и частоты протирания глаз.
10. Устройство представления информации касательно транспортного средства по п. 5, в котором:
- модуль обнаружения состояния пассажиров включает в себя модуль обнаружения позы, выполненный с возможностью обнаруживать позу пассажира, и
- модуль оценки уровня внимания при вождении оценивает уровень внимания при вождении пассажира на основе позы, обнаруженной посредством модуля обнаружения позы.
11. Устройство представления информации транспортного средства по любому из пп. 1-10, в котором:
- контроллер представления информации представляет информацию помощи при вождении водителю, когда уровень внимания при вождении водителя выше первого предварительно определенного значения.
12. Устройство представления информации касательно транспортного средства по п. 11, в котором:
- информация помощи при вождении является информацией, связанной с операцией, которая должна выполняться водителем, когда выполнен переход от автономного вождения к вождению вручную.
13. Устройство представления информации транспортного средства по любому из пп. 2-4, в котором:
- когда модуль определения состояния системы определяет то, что состояние системы является анормальным, контроллер
представления информации представляет, водителю, информацию, указывающую то, что состояние системы является анормальным.
