Claims (20)
1. Способ управления гибридной силовой передачей (3), содержащей двигатель (4) внутреннего сгорания; коробку (2) передач с входным валом (8) и выходным валом (20); первую планетарную передачу (10), которая соединена с входным валом (8) и первым главным валом (34); вторую планетарную передачу (12), которая соединена с первой планетарной передачей (10) и вторым главным валом (36); первую электрическую машину (14), которая соединена с первой планетарной передачей (10); вторую электрическую машину (16), которая соединена со второй планетарной передачей (12), при этом электрические машины (14, 16) могут управлять друг другом; по меньшей мере одну зубчатую пару (G1, 60, 72), соединенную с первой планетарной передачей (10) и выходным валом (20); и по меньшей мере одну зубчатую пару (G2, 66, 78), соединенную со второй планетарной передачей (12) и выходным валом (20), при этом двигатель внутреннего сгорания соединен с первым водилом (50) зубчатых колес планетарной передачи, расположенным в первой планетарной передаче (10), через входной вал (8), и второй главный вал (36) соединен с водилом (51) зубчатых колес планетарной передачи, расположенным во второй планетарной передаче (12), отличающийся тем, что при работе двигателя (4) внутреннего сгорания включает в себя этапы, на которых:
a) обеспечивают зацепление по меньшей мере одной шестерни, соответствующей по меньшей мере одной зубчатой паре (G1, 60, 72), соединенной с первой планетарной передачей (10), и/или соответствующей по меньшей мере одной зубчатой паре (G2, 66, 78), соединенной со второй планетарной передачей (12), и
b) приводят в действие первую электрическую машину (14) и вторую электрическую машину (16), таким образом, что полная электрическая мощность, выводимая из первой и второй электрических машин (14, 16), равна по существу нулю, при этом формируют крутящий момент на выходном валу (20).
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на дополнительном этапе c) обеспечивают отсоединение вращающихся компонентов (26, 50) первой планетарной передачи (10) друг от друга, и отсоединение вращающихся компонентов (32, 51) второй планетарной передачи (12) друг от друга.
3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что на этапе c) отсоединяют, посредством первого соединительного устройства (56), первое солнечное зубчатое колесо (26), расположенное в первой планетарной передаче (10), и первое водило (50) зубчатых колес планетарной передачи друг от друга; и отсоединяют, посредством второго соединительного устройства (58), второе солнечное зубчатое колесо (32), расположенное во второй планетарной передаче (12), и второе водило (51) зубчатых колес планетарной передачи друг от друга.
4. Способ по любому из пп. 2 или 3, отличающийся тем, что на этапе c), первой электрической машиной (14) управляют таким образом, чтобы управлять напряжением между электрическими машинами (14, 16), при этом одновременно второй электрической машиной (16) управляют для выдачи заданного крутящего момента (T2).
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что, на дополнительном этапе d), обеспечивают стопорение вращающихся компонентов (26, 50) первой планетарной передачи (10) друг с другом, и отсоединение вращающихся компонентов (32, 51) второй планетарной передачи (12) друг от друга.

Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что на этапе d), стопорят, с использованием первого соединительного устройства (56), первое солнечное зубчатое колесо (26), расположенное в первой планетарной передаче (10), и первое водило (50) зубчатых колес планетарной передачи друг с другом; и отсоединяют, с использованием второго соединительного устройства (58), второе солнечное зубчатое колесо (32), расположенное во второй планетарной передаче (12), и второе водило (51) зубчатых колес планетарной передачи друг от друга.

Способ по любому из пп. 5 или 6, отличающийся тем, что на этапе d), первой электрической машиной (14) управляют таким образом, чтобы управлять напряжением между электрическими машинами (14, 16), при этом одновременно второй электрической машиной (16) управляют для выдачи заданного крутящего момента (T2).
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что, на дополнительном этапе e), обеспечивают отсоединение вращающихся компонентов (26, 50) первой планетарной передачи (10) друг от друга, и стопорение двух из вращающихся компонентов (32, 51) второй планетарной передачи (12) друг с другом.
9. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что на этапе e), отсоединяют, с использованием первого соединительного устройства (56), первое солнечного зубчатое колесо (26), расположенное в первой планетарной передаче (10), и первое водило (50) зубчатых колес планетарной передачи друг от друга; и стопорят, с использованием второго соединительного устройства (58), второе солнечное зубчатое колесо (32), расположенное во второй планетарной передаче (12), и второе водило (51) зубчатых колес планетарной передачи друг с другом.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 8 или 9, отличающийся тем, что на этапе e) второй электрической машиной (16) управляют таким образом, чтобы управлять напряжением между электрическими машинами (14, 16), при этом одновременно первой электрической машиной (14) управляют для выдачи заданного крутящего момента (T1).
11. Способ по пп. 3, 6 или 9, отличающийся тем, что двигатель (4) внутреннего сгорания соединен с первым водилом (50) зубчатых колес планетарной передачи, которое соединено со вторым солнечным зубчатым колесом (32).
12. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере одна зубчатая пара (G1, 60, 72), соединенная с первой планетарной передачей (10), содержит по меньшей мере одну сателлитную шестерню (62, 74) и зубчатое колесо (64, 76), расположенные в зацеплении друг с другом, причем сателлитная шестерня (62, 74) выполнена с возможностью соединения и отсоединения на первом главном валу (34), расположенном с первой планетарной передачей (10), причем зубчатое колесо (64, 76) выполнено с возможностью соединения и отсоединения на промежуточном валу (18);
- при этом по меньшей мере одна зубчатая пара (G2, 66, 78), соединенная со второй планетарной передачей (12), содержит по меньшей мере одну сателлитную шестерню (68, 80) и зубчатое колесо (70, 82), расположенные в зацеплении друг с другом, причем сателлитная шестерня (68, 80) выполнена с возможностью соединения и отсоединения на втором главном валу (36), расположенном с первой планетарной передачей (12), причем зубчатое колесо (70, 82) выполнено с возможностью соединения и отсоединения на промежуточном валу (18), при этом на этапе a), сателлитные шестерни (62, 74, 68, 80) соединяют с главными валами (34, 36), и зубчатые колеса (64, 76, 70, 82) соединяют с промежуточным валом (18) для зацепления шестерен.
13. Способ по п.12, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере одна зубчатая пара (G3, 21), соединенная с промежуточным валом (18) и выходным валом (20), содержит пятое зубчатое колесо (92), которое выполнено с возможностью соединения и отсоединения на промежуточном валу (18), и тем, что после этапа b), на этапе f), пятое зубчатое колесо (92) фиксируют на промежуточном валу (18).
14. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что на этапе b), первую электрическую машину (14) приводят в действие для того, чтобы прикладывать первый крутящий момент (T1), и вторую электрическую машину (16) приводят в действие для того, чтобы прикладывать второй крутящий момент (T2), при этом величина первого и второго крутящего момента (T1, T2) оказывает влияние на выходную мощность (P) от первой и второй электрических машин (14, 16) на выходной вал (20).
15. Транспортное средство, отличающееся тем, что содержит гибридную силовую передачу (3), содержащую двигатель (4) внутреннего сгорания; коробку (2) передач с входным валом (8) и выходным валом (20); первую планетарную передачу (10), которая соединена с входным валом (8) и первым главным валом (34); вторую планетарную передачу (12), которая соединена с первой планетарной передачей (10) и вторым главным валом (36); первую электрическую машину (14), которая соединена с первой планетарной передачей (10); вторую электрическую машину (16), которая соединена со второй планетарной передачей (12), при этом электрические машины (14, 16) могут управлять друг другом; по меньшей мере, одну зубчатую пару (G1, 60, 72), соединенную с первой планетарной передачей (10) и выходным валом (20); и по меньшей мере одну зубчатую пару (G2, 66, 78), соединенную со второй планетарной передачей (12) и выходным валом (20), при этом двигатель внутреннего сгорания соединен с первым водилом (50) зубчатых колес планетарной передачи, расположенным в первой планетарной передаче (10), через входной вал (8), и второй главный вал (36) соединен с водилом (51) зубчатых колес планетарной передачи, расположенным во второй планетарной передаче (12), при этом транспортное средство также содержит электронное устройство (48) управления, которое установлено для управления троганием с места транспортного средства (1), по любому из пп. 1-14.
16. Компьютерная программа (P) для управления гибридной силовой передачей (3), при этом указанная компьютерная программа (P) содержит программный код для обеспечения выполнения электронным устройством (48) управления или другим компьютером (53), соединенным с электронным устройством (48) управления, этапов способа по любому из пп. 1-14.
17. Компьютерный программный продукт, содержащий программный код, хранимый на машиночитаемом носителе для осуществления этапов способа по любому из пп. 1-14, когда указанный программный код выполняется в электронном устройстве (48) управления или в другом компьютере (53), соединенном с электронным устройством (48) управления.
