Claims (25)
1. Каталитический модуль (2) для использования в системе управления выбросами системы сгорания промышленного масштаба
- содержащий укладочную раму (4), которая проходит в продольном направлении (12) и поперечном направлении (14) и содержит две торцевые поверхности (16), которые расположены напротив друг друга в направлении потока (18),
- несколько установочных блоков (6), которые содержат боковые стенки (50), которые формируют периферийную боковую стенку, при этом блоки вставлены в укладочную раму (4);
- каждый установочный блок (6) выполнен с возможностью быть снабженным несколькими катализаторами (10),
- укладочная рама (4) содержит периферийную стенку, собранную из боковых частей (20, 22, 24) рамы, которые соединены и, в частности, соединены болтами друг с другом с помощью, по меньшей мере, одного механического соединительного элемента (26), и
- уплотнительный элемент (30), зажатый с помощью, по меньшей мере, одного механического соединительного элемента (26) между, по меньшей мере, одной из боковых частей (20, 24) рамы и, по меньшей мере, одним установочным блоком (6).
2. Каталитический модуль (2) по п. 1, в котором боковые части (20, 22, 24) рамы содержат изогнутые части (32a, 32b) из листового металла.
3. Каталитический модуль (2) по п. 1 или 2, в котором боковые части (20, 22, 24) рамы в каждом случае сформированы в виде полого профиля из двух частей (32a, 32b) из листового металла, которые соединены друг с другом.
4. Каталитический модуль (2) по одному из предыдущих пунктов, в котором по меньшей мере некоторые из боковых частей (20, 22, 24) рамы содержат поддерживающие скобы (40), между которыми поддерживается установочный блок (6).
5. Каталитический модуль (2) по одному из предыдущих пунктов, в котором одна из боковых частей рамы сформирована в виде части (24) крышки и снаружи содержит по меньшей мере одно уплотнительное полотно (46), которое расположена на краю и сформировано, в частности, посредством сгибания, при этом уплотнительное полотно (46) сформировано, чтобы закрывать разделительную плоскость между двумя соседними каталитическими модулями (2) в установленном состоянии.
6. Каталитический модуль (2) по одному из предыдущих пунктов, в котором установочные блоки сформированы в виде ящиков (6) для элементов, которые, формируя матрицу n x m и соединяясь друг с другом, вставляются в укладочную раму (4), и в котором каждый из ящиков (6) для элементов формирует границу свободного внутреннего пространства, которое обеспечено несколькими катализаторами (10), которые соединены друг с другом.
7. Каталитический модуль (2) по п. 6, в котором ящики (6) для элементов жестко удерживаются вместе посредством вставных соединений, в частности, без закрепления посредством сварки.
8. Каталитический модуль (2) по п. 7, в котором по меньшей мере один вставной элемент (54) и одно вставное отверстие (56) сформированы в боковых стенках (50).
9. Каталитический модуль (2) по одному из пп. 6-8, в котором по меньшей мере один вставной элемент (54) и одно вставное отверстие (56) сформированы в каждой боковой стенке (50) на краю в направлении торцевых поверхностей (16).
10. Каталитический модуль (2) по одному из пп. 6-9, в котором ящики (6) для элементов, которые находятся в контакте с укладочной рамой (4), жестко удерживаются на последней, в частности, без закрепления посредством сварки.
11. Каталитический модуль (2) по одному из пп. 6-10, в котором боковые стенки (50) состоят из металлических листов (32a, 32b), которые, на краю по меньшей мере одной из двух торцевых поверхностей (16), содержат изогнутую область, которая ориентирована под углом к направлению потока (18).
12. Каталитический модуль (2) по пп. 11 и 8, в котором изогнутая область (58) соединена со скошенной вертикальной секцией, которую пропускают через боковую стенку (50) и которая выступает над последним, в частности, для формирования вставного элемента (54).
13. Установочный блок для каталитического модуля (2) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, который сформирован в виде ящика (6) для элементов, который содержит свободное внутреннее пространство (8) для размещения, по меньшей мере, одного катализатора (10) и также содержит боковые стенки (50), в которых сформированы, по меньшей мере, один вставной элемент (54) и вставное отверстие (56), с тем чтобы взаимно соединенные ящики (6) для элементов жестко удерживались друг на друге посредством вставных элементов (54) и вставных отверстий (56).
14. Способ производства каталитического модуля (2) по любому из пп. 1-12, согласно которому
- обеспечивают установочный блок, по меньшей мере, одним катализатором (10),
- укладочную раму (4) собирают на первом этапе только частично,
- вставляют установочные блоки (6) в укладочную раму (4), которая была собрана только частично,
- укладывают уплотнительный элемент (30), и
- закрывают укладочную раму (4) с помощью механического соединительного элемента (26) со сжиманием уплотнительного элемента (30) между боковой частью рамы укладочной рамы (4) и, по меньшей мере, одним из установочных блоков.
15. Способ по п. 14, в котором укладочную раму (4) изначально формируют в L-образной форме, и, затем, уплотнительный элемент укладывают в L-образной форме перед тем, как укладочную раму (4) закрывают, со сжиманием уплотнительного элемента (30).
