Abstract
PURPOSE: To secure an extremely easy fine adjustment for the digital signal, i.e., the channel selection voltage by retarding the velocity change of the digital signal when it approximates to the fixed channel selection frequency.
CONSTITUTION: Gate 14 and 15 conduct when no signal is received, and the high- speed clock pulse is applied to counter 11. And the digital signal of the output is converted into the analog signal to be applied to electronic tuner 1. Thus the channel selection frequency changes quickly. When the channel selection frequency approximates to the fixed level, the detection of the video carrier is started at fine adjustment control circuit 29. Then gate 14 and 15 are intermitted by the pulse of the vertical cycle, and accordingly the clock pulse applied to counter 11 is intermitted to retard the change velociy of the channel selection voltage. When the channel selection voltage is adjusted to the prescribed channel selection frequency, the digital signal produced at counter 11 is written into memory 10.
