Claims (25)
1. Эпоксидный функциональный акриловый полимер содержащий, в качестве сополимеризованных мономеров:
i) от приблизительно 10 мас.% до приблизительно 40 мас.% одного или нескольких эпоксидных функциональных ненасыщенных мономеров;
ii) от приблизительно 10 мас.% до приблизительно 20 мас.% одного или нескольких гидрофобных акриловых мономеров; и
iii) от более чем 50 мас.% до приблизительно 75 мас.%, по меньшей мере, одного неионного сополимера, который отличается от гидрофобных акриловых мономеров (ii);
причем массовое процентное содержание каждого мономера определяется по отношению к суммарной массе сополимеризованных мономеров в полимере;
данный полимер имеет температуру стеклования (Tg), составляющую более чем 85 градусов Цельсия; и
полимер имеет вычисленный параметр растворимости, составляющий от приблизительно 9,20 до приблизительно 9,30 (кал/см3)1/2.
2. Эпоксидный функциональный акриловый полимер по п. 1, в котором один или несколько гидрофобных акриловых мономеров (ii) имеют массовую растворимость в воде, составляющую 3,5 г/л или менее, и который сам образует гомополимер, имеющий температуру стеклования (Tg) от приблизительно 50 градусов Цельсия до приблизительно 175 градусов Цельсия.
3. Эпоксидный функциональный акриловый полимер по п. 1, в котором один или несколько гидрофобных акриловых мономеров (ii) представляют собой бициклоалкил(мет)акрилат.
4. Эпоксидный функциональный акриловый полимер по п. 3, в котором бициклоалкил(мет)акрилат представляет собой изоборнил(мет)акрилат.
5. Эпоксидный функциональный акриловый полимер по п. 1, в котором один или несколько гидрофобных акриловых мономеров присутствует в количестве, составляющем от приблизительно 14 мас.% до приблизительно 20 мас.%.
6. Эпоксидный функциональный акриловый полимер по п. 1, в котором, по меньшей мере, один сополимеризованный мономер (iii) представляет собой C1-C8-(цикло)алкиловый сложный эфир (мет)акриловой кислоты.
7. Эпоксидный функциональный акриловый полимер по п. 5, в котором, по меньшей мере, один неионный сополимер (iii) представляет собой бутил(мет)акрилат или метилметакрилат.
8. Эпоксидный функциональный акриловый полимер по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий от приблизительно 0,5 мас.% до приблизительно 12 мас.% винилароматического мономера (iv) по отношению к суммарной массе сополимеризованных мономеров в эпоксидном функциональном акриловом полимере.
9. Эпоксидный функциональный акриловый полимер по п. 7, в котором винилароматический мономер (iv) представляет собой стирол.
10. Эпоксидный функциональный акриловый полимер по п. 1, где полимер имеет Tg от приблизительно 90 градусов Цельсия до приблизительно 95 градусов Цельсия.
11. Порошкообразная покровная композиция, содержащая:
эпоксидный функциональный акриловый полимер по п. 1; и
одно или несколько сшивающих веществ для полимера.
12. Порошкообразная покровная композиция по п. 9, в которой в качестве одного или нескольких сшивающих веществ присутствуют органическая дикарбоновая кислота или соответствующий ангидрид или аддукт со сложным полиэфиром или полиизоцианатом.
13. Порошкообразная покровная композиция по п. 9, дополнительно содержащая одно или несколько вспомогательных веществ, выбранных из группы, включающей гидрофобные субмикронные частицы, усилители адгезии, светостабилизаторы, поглощающие ультрафиолетовое (УФ) излучение вещества и их сочетания.
14. Подложка с покрытием, где подложка покрыта порошкообразной покровной композицией, причем вышеупомянутая порошкообразная покровная композиция содержит:
эпоксидный функциональный акриловый полимер по п. 1; и
одно или несколько сшивающих веществ для полимера.
15. Подложка по п. 14, причем данная подложка представляет собой алюминий или ковочный сплав.
