Claims (45)
1. Хирургический инструмент, содержащий:
хирургический концевой эффектор; и
узел удлиненного ствола, который определяет продольную ось инструмента и функционально связан с хирургическим концевым эффектором, причем узел удлиненного ствола включает в себя гибкий сегмент, содержащий:
проходящий продольно удлиненный шарнирный сердечник, который включает в себя две боковые стороны, причем сердечник имеет длину и ширину, сужающуюся вдоль указанной длины; и
множество ребер, проходящих в боковом направлении от каждой латеральной стороны указанного шарнирного сердечника вдоль его длины так, что дистальный участок гибкого сегмента шарнирно поворачивается с более высокой скоростью шарнирного поворота, чем другая скорость шарнирного поворота другого участка гибкого сегмента, находящегося проксимально относительно дистального участка.
2. Хирургический инструмент по п. 1, в котором указанный шарнирный сердечник включает в себя проксимальный конец, дистальный конец и возвышение, и при этом указанный проксимальный конец имеет проксимальную ширину, и при этом указанный дистальный конец имеет дистальную ширину, которая отличается от указанной проксимальной ширины.
3. Хирургический инструмент по п. 2, в котором указанная проксимальная ширина больше, чем указанная дистальная ширина.
4. Хирургический инструмент по п. 1, в котором две боковые стороны шарнирного сердечника содержат:
правую боковую сторону; и левую боковую сторону, причем множество ребер содержит:
по меньшей мере, три правых ребра, выступающих из правой боковой стороны шарнирного сердечника так, что между правыми ребрами обеспечены первые расстояния, при этом каждое из первых расстояний имеет первую пространственную ширину; и
по меньшей мере, три левых ребра, выступающих из левой боковой стороны шарнирного сердечника так, что между левыми ребрами обеспечены вторые расстояния, при этом каждое из вторых расстояний имеет вторую пространственную ширину.
5. Хирургический инструмент по п. 4, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна из первой пространственной ширины отличается от, по меньшей мере, другой первой пространственной ширины, и при этом, по меньшей мере, одна из второй пространственной ширины отличается от, по меньшей мере, другой второй пространственной ширины.
6. Хирургический инструмент по п. 4, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна из первой пространственной ширины равна, по меньшей мере, одной из второй пространственной ширины.
7. Хирургический инструмент по п. 4, в котором первая пространственная ширина последовательно уменьшается по величине от проксимального конца гибкого сегмента к дистальному концу гибкого сегмента, и при этом вторая пространственная ширина последовательно уменьшается по величине от проксимального конца гибкого сегмента к дистальному концу гибкого сегмента.
8. Хирургический инструмент по п. 4, в котором, по меньшей мере, два из первых ребер имеют образованный в них первый элемент, препятствующий перекручиванию, и при этом, по меньшей мере, два из вторых ребер имеют в них второй элемент, препятствующий перекручиванию.
9. Хирургический инструмент по п. 4, в котором, по меньшей мере, два из указанного множества ребер проходят в боковом направлении на правой боковой стороне указанного шарнирного сердечника, причем каждое включает в себя правый выступ, препятствующий перекручиванию, и выполнено с возможностью входить в зацепление с правым фиксатором, препятствующим перекручиванию, в соответствующих других указанных ребрах на указанной правой боковой стороне, и при этом, по меньшей мере, два из указанного множества ребер на левой боковой стороне указанного шарнирного сердечника, где каждое включает в себя левый выступ, препятствующий перекручиванию, и выполнено с возможностью входить в зацепление с левым фиксатором, препятствующим перекручиванию, в соответствующих других указанных ребрах на указанной левой боковой стороне.
10. Хирургический инструмент по п. 9, в котором каждый указанный правый выступ, препятствующий перекручиванию, и каждый указанный правый фиксатор, препятствующий перекручиванию, совмещены вдоль правой боковой оси, когда указанный гибкий участок шарнирного соединения шарнирно не повернут, и при этом каждый указанный левый выступ, препятствующий перекручиванию, и каждый указанный левый фиксатор, препятствующий перекручиванию, по существу совмещены вдоль левой боковой оси, когда указанный гибкий участок шарнирно не повернут.
11. Хирургический инструмент, содержащий:
хирургический концевой эффектор; и
узел удлиненного ствола, определяющий продольную ось инструмента и функционально связанный с указанным хирургическим концевым эффектором, причем указанный узел удлиненного ствола включает в себя гибкий участок шарнирного соединения для облегчения шарнирного поворота указанного хирургического концевого эффектора относительно указанной продольной оси инструмента при приложении движений шарнирного поворота к указанному хирургическому концевому эффектору, причем указанный гибкий участок шарнирного соединения содержит:
проходящий в продольном направлении удлиненный шарнирный сердечник, который включает в себя две боковые стороны; и
множество ребер, проходящих в боковом направлении от каждой боковой стороны указанного шарнирного сердечника вдоль его длины, и при этом, по меньшей мере, одно указанное ребро на каждой боковой стороне указанного шарнирного сердечника включает в себя выступ, препятствующий перекручиванию, который выступает наружу от ребра к смежному указанному ребру, и при этом указанное смежное ребро включает в себя фиксатор, препятствующий перекручиванию, соответствующий указанному выступу, препятствующему перекручиванию так, что при приложении скручивающего движения к указанному гибкому участку шарнирного соединения, указанный выступ, препятствующий перекручиванию, входит в зацепление с соответствующим фиксатором, препятствующим перекручиванию.
12. Хирургический инструмент по п. 11, в котором указанный шарнирный сердечник имеет длину и ширину, сужающуюся вдоль указанной длины.
13. Хирургический инструмент по п. 11, в котором указанный шарнирный сердечник включает в себя проксимальный конец, дистальный конец и возвышение, и при этом указанный проксимальный конец имеет проксимальную ширину, и при этом указанный дистальный конец имеет дистальную ширину, которая отличается от указанной проксимальной ширины.
14. Хирургический инструмент по п. 12, в котором указанная проксимальная ширина больше, чем указанная дистальная ширина.
15. Хирургический инструмент по п. 11, в котором, по меньшей мере, два из указанного множества ребер проходят в боковом направлении на правой боковой стороне указанного шарнирного сердечника, причем каждое включает в себя правый выступ, препятствующий перекручиванию, и выполнено с возможностью входить в зацепление с правым фиксатором, препятствующим перекручиванию, в соответствующих других указанных ребрах на указанной правой боковой стороне, и при этом, по меньшей мере, два из указанного множества ребер на левой боковой стороне указанного шарнирного сердечника, где каждое включает в себя левый выступ, препятствующий перекручиванию, и выполнено с возможностью входить в зацепление с левым фиксатором, препятствующим перекручиванию, в соответствующих других указанных ребрах на указанной левой боковой стороне.
16. Хирургический инструмент по п. 15, в котором каждый указанный правый выступ, препятствующий перекручиванию, и каждый указанный правый фиксатор, препятствующий перекручиванию, совмещены вдоль правой боковой оси, когда указанный гибкий участок шарнирного соединения шарнирно не повернут, и при этом каждый указанный левый выступ, препятствующий перекручиванию, и каждый указанный левый фиксатор, препятствующий перекручиванию, по существу совмещены вдоль левой боковой оси, когда указанный гибкий участок шарнирно не повернут.
17. Хирургический инструмент по п. 16, в котором указанная правая боковая ось, указанная левая боковая ось и указанная продольная ось инструмента являются по существу параллельными друг другу.
18. Хирургический инструмент по п. 11, дополнительно содержащий компонент прохода, проходящий продольно через указанный шарнирный сердечник.
19. Хирургический инструмент, содержащий:
концевой зажим, включающий:
удлиненный канал, выполненный с возможностью поддержания в нем кассеты с хирургическими скобами, который включает в себя множество хирургических скоб и элемент для рассечения ткани; и
упор, поддерживаемый относительно указанного удлиненного канала, и при этом указанный хирургический инструмент дополнительно содержит:
корпус;
систему пускового привода, выполненную с возможностью избирательного генерирования пусковых движений, при этом, по меньшей мере, участок указанной системы пускового привода функционально поддерживается указанным корпусом;
систему закрытия для генерирования закрывающих и открывающих движений, и при этом, по меньшей мере, участок указанной системы закрытия функционально поддерживается указанным корпусом;
систему шарнирного соединения, выполненную с возможностью генерирования движений шарнирного поворота, при этом, по меньшей мере, участок указанной системы шарнирного соединения функционально поддерживается указанным корпусом; узел удлиненного ствола, функционально связанный с указанным корпусом и указанным хирургическим концевым эффектором, и определяющий продольную ось инструмента, причем указанный узел удлиненного ствола функционально взаимодействует с указанной системой закрытия, чтобы избирательно прикладывать указанные открывающие и закрывающие движения к указанному концевому эффектору, причем указанный узел удлиненного ствола дополнительно содержит:
гибкий участок шарнирного соединения, включающий в себя проходящий продольно удлиненный шарнирный сердечник, который имеет длину и ширину, сужающуюся вдоль указанной длины, причем указанный удлиненный шарнирный сердечник включает в себя проходящий через него компонент прохода;
множество ребер, проходящих в боковом направлении от каждой боковой стороны указанного шарнирного сердечника вдоль его длины, и при этом, по меньшей мере, одно указанное ребро на каждой боковой стороне указанного шарнирного сердечника включает в себя выступ, препятствующий перекручиванию, который выступает наружу от ребра к смежному указанному ребру, и при этом указанное смежное ребро включает в себя фиксатор, препятствующий перекручиванию, соответствующий указанному выступу, препятствующему перекручиванию так, что при приложении скручивающего движения к указанному гибкому участку шарнирного соединения, указанный выступ, препятствующий перекручиванию, входит в зацепление с соответствующим фиксатором, препятствующим перекручиванию;
гибкую пусковую штангу, поддерживаемую с возможностью перемещения внутри указанного компонента прохода, и функционально взаимодействующую с указанной пусковой системой управления и указанным элементом для рассечения ткани;
правую шарнирную штангу, функционально поддерживаемую указанными правыми ребрами и функционально взаимодействующую с указанной системой шарнирного соединения и указанным удлиненным каналом; и
левую шарнирную штангу, функционально поддерживаемую указанным левым ребром и функционально взаимодействующую с указанной системой шарнирного соединения и указанным удлиненным каналом.
20. Хирургический инструмент из п. 19, дополнительно содержащий следующие элементы:
штангу, толкающую правые салазки, поддерживаемую с возможностью перемещения в указанном компоненте прохода и взаимодействующую с указанной пусковой системой управления и указанным хирургическим концевым эффектором; и
штангу, толкающую левые салазки, поддерживаемую с возможностью перемещения в указанном компоненте прохода и взаимодействующую с указанной пусковой системой управления и указанным хирургическим концевым эффектором.
