Abstract
Description
[0001]作動ロックアウト部を備えた手術器具。
[0002]ヘルニアを外科的に修復するために手術用メッシュファブリック又は他の補綴修復ファブリックが使用されうる。補綴修復ファブリックは、一般に、開胸腹術時に又は腹腔鏡的に植え込まれる。修復ファブリックを所定の位置に固定するため、補綴修復ファブリックを介して下の組織内に1つ又は複数のファスナが留置されうる。一部の手術器具は手術部位におけるファスナの留置を補助するための関節動作可能部分を含む。

Claims (27)
- ハンドルと、
前記ハンドルから先端側に延出する長尺状シャフトアセンブリであって、関節動作可能部分を含む、長尺状シャフトアセンブリと、
前記長尺状シャフトアセンブリと対応付けられた関節動作制御部であって、前記長尺状シャフトアセンブリが第1の関節動作位置に配置されている第1の位置と、前記長尺状シャフトアセンブリが第2の関節動作位置に配置されている第2の位置との間において移動可能である、関節動作制御部と、
ロック部材を含むファスナ留置システムであって、前記関節動作制御部が前記第1の位置にある際に前記関節動作制御部が前記ロック部材の動きを阻止し、前記関節動作制御部が前記第2の位置にある際に前記関節動作制御部が前記ロック部材の動きを可能にするファスナ留置システムと、
を含む、手術器具。 - 前記第2の関節動作位置が前記第1の関節動作位置に対して関節式に動作する、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1の関節動作位置が非関節動作位置である、請求項2に記載の手術器具。
- 前記ロック部材の阻止動作が前記ファスナ留置システムの対応するドライブシャフトの動きを妨げる、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記関節動作制御部が直線運動によって前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間において移動可能である、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記関節動作制御部が回転運動によって前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間において移動可能である、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記関節動作制御部が前記第2の位置にある際、前記関節動作制御部が前記ロック部材の動作の方向から離れる方に移動する、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- ハンドルと、
前記ハンドルから先端側に延出する長尺状シャフトアセンブリであって、関節動作可能部分を含む、長尺状シャフトアセンブリと、

ロック部材を含むファスナ留置システムであって、前記関節動作制御部が前記第1の位置にある際に前記関節動作制御部の前記阻止部が前記ロック部材と整列し、前記関節動作制御部が前記第2の位置にある際に前記関節動作制御部の前記阻止部が前記ロック部材と整列しない、ファスナ留置システムと、
を含む、手術器具。 - 前記第2の関節動作位置が前記第1の関節動作位置に対して関節式に動作する、請求項8に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1の関節動作位置が非関節動作位置である、請求項9に記載の手術器具。
- 前記関節動作制御部の前記阻止部が前記ロック部材と整列すると、前記関節動作制御部の前記阻止部が前記ロック部材の動きを妨げる、請求項8に記載の手術器具。
- 前記ロック部材の動きを妨げると、前記ファスナ留置システムの対応するドライブシャフトの動きを妨げる、請求項11に記載の手術器具。
- 前記関節動作制御部が非阻止部を更に含み、前記関節動作制御部が前記第2の位置にある際に前記関節動作制御部の前記非阻止部が前記ロック部材と整列する、請求項8に記載の手術器具。
- 前記関節動作制御部の前記非阻止部が前記ロック部材と整列すると、前記関節動作制御部の前記非阻止部が前記ロック部材の動きを可能にする、請求項13に記載の手術器具。
- 前記関節動作制御部の前記非阻止部が前記ロック部材の動きに適応するようなサイズ及び形状である、請求項13に記載の手術器具。
- 前記ロック部材が前記非阻止部内に嵌合するようなサイズ及び形状である、請求項15に記載の手術器具。
- 前記非阻止部が複数の非阻止部を含み、前記ロック部材が前記複数の非阻止部に対応する複数のロック部材を含む、請求項13に記載の手術器具。
- 前記関節動作制御部の前記阻止部が前記関節動作制御部の外部表面を含む、請求項8に記載の手術器具。
- 前記関節動作制御部が直線運動及び回転運動の少なくとも1つによって前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間において移動する、請求項8に記載の手術器具。
- 手術器具を操作する方法であって、
ハンドルと、
前記ハンドルから先端側に延出する長尺状シャフトアセンブリであって、関節動作可能部分を含む、長尺状シャフトアセンブリと、
前記長尺状シャフトアセンブリと対応付けられた関節動作制御部であって、前記長尺状シャフトアセンブリが第1の関節動作位置に配置されている第1の位置と、前記長尺状シャフトアセンブリが第2の関節動作位置に配置されている第2の位置との間において移動可能であり、阻止部を含む、関節動作制御部と、
ロック部材を含むファスナ留置システムと、
を含む、手術器具を用意するステップと、
前記阻止部を前記ロック部材と整列させるために前記関節動作制御部を前記非関節動作位置へと移動するステップと、
前記阻止部を前記ロック部材と整列しない状態に移動するために前記関節動作制御部を前記関節動作位置へと移動するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記第2の関節動作位置が前記第1の関節動作位置に対して関節式に動作する、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の関節動作位置が非関節動作位置である、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記関節動作制御部が非阻止部を更に含み、前記関節動作制御部を前記関節動作位置へと移動するステップが前記非阻止部を前記ロック部材と整列させるステップを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記ロック部材の少なくとも一部を前記非阻止部の少なくとも一部へと移動するステップを更に含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記阻止部を前記ロック部材と整列させるために前記関節動作制御部を前記非関節動作位置へと移動するステップが、前記ファスナ留置システムの作動を妨げるために前記ロック部材の動きを妨げるステップを更に含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
