Claims (27)

1. Способ, включающий:
образование смеси включающей HYTb, микробную композицию, включающую HQE (АТСС Deposit Designation РТА-10861), и твердый хитин, где указанный HYTb, включающий водную фракцию, полученную ферментацией хитинсодержащих членистоногих микробной композицией, включающей HQE, депонированной Американской коллекцией типовых культур от 27 апреля 2010 года, имеющей номер патентного депозита РТА-10861; и
ферментацию указанной смеси в течение периода времени, достаточного для ферментативного гидролиза всего или части указанного хитина для образования ферментированной смеси.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором указанная смесь разведена для образования разведенной смеси и указанная разведенная смесь ферментируется для гидролиза всего или части указанного хитина для образования ферментированной смеси.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором HYTc является источником указанного хитина, указанный HYTc является твердой фракцией, полученной ферментацией хитинсодержащих членистоногих микробной композицией, включающей HQE, депонированной в Американской коллекции типовых культур 27 апреля 2010 года с номером патентного депозита РТА-10861.
4. Способ по п. 3, где указанный HYTc тонко измельчается для образования тонкоизмельченного хитина и остаточного хитина, и указанный хитин включает указанный остаточный хитин.
5. Способ по любому из предшествовавших п.п., дополнительно включающий отделение твердых веществ и необязательно микробов и клеток от указанной ферментированной смеси.
6. Композиция, включающая ферментированную смесь или раствор, полученные по любому из пп. 1-5.
7. Способ, включающий:
смешивание морских членистоногих, побочного продукта морских членистоногих, или хитинсодержащего биологического источника, выбранного из группы, включающей грибы, мицелиальные грибы, дрожжи и насекомых, с микробной композицией, включающей HQE, депонированной в Американской коллекции типовых культур 27 апреля 2010 года, с номером патентного депозита РТА-10861, для образования смеси;
ферментацию указанной смеси;
разделение указанной смеси в твердую, водную и липидную фракции, где указанная твердая фракция включает хитин, а указанная водная фракция включает хитозан и глюкозамин;
образование второй смеси, включающей указанную водную фракцию, хитин, и микробную композицию, включающую HQE, депонированную в американской коллекции типовых культур 27 апреля 2010 года с номером патентного депозита РТА-10861;
ферментацию указанной второй смеси для образования ферментированной второй смеси; и
необязательно, разделение указанной ферментированной второй смеси во вторую водную фракцию и вторую твердую фракцию.
8. Способ по п. 7, в котором указанная вторая смесь разведена для образования разведенной второй смеси и указанная разведенная вторая смесь ферментируется для гидролиза всего или части указанного хитина для образования второй ферментированной смеси.
9. Способ по п. 7, в котором HYTc является источником указанного хитина, указанный HYTc, включающий твердую фракцию, полученную ферментацией хитинсодержащих членистоногих с микробной композицией, включающей HQE, которая депонирована в американской коллекции типовых культур 27 апреля 2010 года с номером патентного депозита РТА-10861.
10. Способ по п. 9, где указанный HYTc тонко измельчается для образования тонкоизмельченного хитина и остаточного хитина, и указанный хитин включает указанный остаточный хитин.
11. Способ по любому из пп. 7-10, дополнительно включает отделение твердых веществ и необязательно микробов и клеток от указанной ферментированной смеси.
12. Композиция, включающая вторую ферментированную смесь или вторую водную фракцию, которые изготовлены по любому из пп. 7-10.
13. Способ, включающий:
образование смеси, включающей микробную композицию и хитинсодержащий источник, выбранный из группы, включающей грибы, мицелиальные грибы, дрожжи и насекомых, где указанная микробная композиция включает HQE, депонированной в Американской коллекции типовых культур 27 апреля 2010 года с номером патентного депозита РТА-10861; и
ферментирование смеси в течение периода времени, достаточного для ферментативного расщепления всего или части хитина для образования ферментированной смеси, включающей хитозан и глюкозамин.
14. Способ биодеградации, включающий:
смешивание хитинсодержащего биологического источника, выбранного из группы, включающей грибы, мицелиальные грибы, дрожжи и насекомых, где указанная микробная композиция включает HQE, депонированный в Американской коллекции типовых культур 27 апреля 2010 года с номером патентного депозита РТА-10861;
ферментацию указанной смеси; и
разделение смеси на твердую, водную и липидные фракции, где твердая фракция включает хитин, а водная фаза, включает хитозан и глюкозамин.
