Claims (39)

1. Отверждаемая композиция, содержащая однородную смесь:
a) полибензоксазина,
b) полиамина,
c) фторполимерного компонента и
d) необязательного кислотного катализатора;
e) компонента opтoдигидроксиарила.
2. Отверждаемая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полибензоксазиновое соединение имеет формулу

где каждый из R1 представляет собой Н или алкильную группу;
R2 представляет собой ковалентную связь или двухвалентную (гетеро)гидрокарбильную группу;
m означает 1-6, и R5 представляет собой (гетеро)гидрокарбильную группу.
3. Отверждаемая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полибензоксазин имеет формулу:

, где
каждый из R1 представляет собой Н или алкильную группу;
R2 представляет собой Н, ковалентную связь или многовалентную (гетеро)гидрокарбильную группу;
R5 представляет собой (гетеро)гидрокарбильный остаток первичного аминосоединения, имеющий валентность х,
m означает 1-6 и
х означает, по меньшей мере, 2.
4. Отверждаемая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанный полиамин имеет формулу
R10(NHR9)p,
Где R10 представляет собой (гетеро)гидрокарбильную группу;
р означает от 1 до 6 и
каждый R9 представляет собой Н или гидрокарбильную группу.
5. Отверждаемая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что молярное соотношение аминных эквивалентов полиаминного соединения и бензоксазиновых групп составляет от 1:2 до 2:1.
6. Отверждаемая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно содержит добавку, повышающую ударную прочность.
7. Отверждаемая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полиамин представляет собой амидиновое или гуанидиновое соединение, имеющее, по меньшей мере, два аминных эквивалента.
8. Отверждаемая композиция по п. 7, отличающаяся тем, что полиамин имеет формулу:

где каждый R1 независимо представляет собой алкильную группу из 1-14 атомов углерода, циклоалкильную группу из 3-12 атомов углерода или арильную группу из 5-12 атомов кольца,
каждый R12 представляет собой Н С14 алкила;
каждый R13 представляет собой ковалентную связь, С112 алкилен или арилен из 5-12 атомов кольца и
R14 представляет собой Н или функциональную группу, выбранную из амида, сложного эфира, нитрила, нитро, сульфида, сульфоксида, сульфона, дисульфида, азида, изотиоцианата, амина, гидроксила, меркаптана, эфира, уретана, четвертичного аммония и фосфония, галогена, силила, силилокси, где функциональные группы замещены водородом или алкильными или арильными группами.
9. Отверждаемая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что фторполимер выбран из фторолефиновых (со)полимеров, перфторолефиновых (со)полимеров, (со)полимеров перфторалкилвиниловых эфиров и (со)полимеров перфторалкоксивиниловых эфиров.
10. Отверждаемая композиция по п. 9, отличающаяся тем, что фторолефиновые (со)полимеры выбраны из тетрафторэтилена (TFE) и гексафторпропилена (HFP), хлортрифторэтилена (CTFE) и винилиденфторидных (со)полимеров.
11. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что композиция содержит ортодигидроксиарильный компонент в количествах от 0,5 до 20 мас.ч. относительно 100 мас.ч. бензоксазина и полиамина.
12. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что содержит 1-30 мас.% фторполимера и 99-70 мас. % смеси бензоксазина и полиамина.
13. Отверждаемая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно содержит эпоксидную смолу.
14. Композиция, содержащая отвержденную композицию по п. 1.
15. Изделие, содержащее подложку и отвержденное покрытие из композиции по п. 1, по меньшей мере, на одной ее поверхности.
