Claims (27)

1. Соединение 5,9-диметил-9-гидрокси-децен-4-аль формулы (I)

2. Соединение по п. 1, где от 50 до 70 масс. % находится в Е-форме, и от 30 до 50 масс. % находится в Z-форме.
3. Парфюмерная смесь, содержащая соединение формулы (I) по п. 1 или 2 и соединение формулы (II)

4. Парфюмерная смесь по п. 3, где отношение (масс./масс.) соединения (I) к соединению (II) составляет 99:1, более предпочтительно 99,1 к 0,9; 99,2 к 0,8; 99,3 к 0,7; 99,4 к 0,6; 99,5 к 0,5; 99,6 к 0,4; 99,7 к 0,3; 99,8 к 0,2; 99,9 к 0,1; 99,95 к 0,05; или 99,99 к 0,01.
5. Парфюмерная композиция, содержащая соединение или парфюмерную смесь по любому из пп. 1-4 и одно или более чем одно соединение, выбранное из группы, состоящей из 2-циклогексилиден-2-фенилацетонитрила, 4-(октагидро-4,7-метано-5Н-инден-5-илиден)бутаналя и 4-метил-2-(2-метилпропил)тетрагидро-2Н-пиран-4-ола.
6. Парфюмерная композиция по п. 5, где 2-циклогексилиден-2-фенилацетонитрил используют в количестве от 0,001 до 10 частей по массе на 1 часть по массе 5,9-диметил-9-гидрокси-децен-4-аля.
7. Парфюмерная композиция по п. 5, где 4-метил-2-(2-метилпропил)тетрагидро-2Н-пиран-4-ол используют в количестве от 0,001 до 20 частей по массе на 1 часть по массе 5,9-диметил-9-гидрокси-децен-4-аля.
8. Парфюмерная композиция по п. 5, где 4-(октагидро-4,7-метано-5Н-инден-5-илиден)бутаналь используют в количестве от 0,001 до 0,5 частей по массе на 1 часть по массе 5,9-диметил-9-гидрокси-децен-4-аля.
9. Парфюмерная композиция по п. 5, где соединение или парфюмерная смесь присутствуют в указанной композиции в количестве от 1 до 30% по массе в расчете на общую массу указанной парфюмерной композиции.
10. Парфюмерная композиция по п. 5, имеющая запах ландыша.
11. Парфюмерная композиция по п. 5, содержащая по меньшей мере один дополнительный парфюмерный ингредиент.
12. Парфюмерная композиция по п. 11, где указанный по меньшей мере один дополнительный парфюмерный ингредиент не представляет собой циклогексаль.
13. Композиция для личной гигиены или бытового использования или композиция с тонким запахом, содержащая соединение по п. 1 или 2, парфюмерную смесь по п. 3 или 4 или парфюмерную композицию по любому из пп. 5-12.
14. Соединение по п. 1 или 2, дополнительно содержащее антиоксидант.
15. Парфюмерная смесь по п. 3 или 4, содержащая антиоксидант.
16. Парфюмерная композиция по любому из пп. 5-12, содержащая антиоксидант.
17. Композиция для личной гигиены или бытового использования или композиция с тонким запахом по п. 13, содержащая антиоксидант.
18. Способ придания запаха ландыша парфюмерной композиции, или продукту для личной гигиены или бытового использования, или композиции с тонким запахом, включающий стадию добавления к ним соединения по п. 1 или 2 или парфюмерной смеси по п. 3 или 4.
19. Способ получения 5,9-диметил-9-гидрокси-децен-4-аля (I) из реакционной смеси, включающий стадию получения реакционной смеси в форме по существу свободной от любой кислоты или основания и дистилляции смеси 5,9-диметил-9-гидрокси-децен-4-аля из реакционной смеси.
20. Способ по п. 19, где реакционную смесь получают путем взаимодействия аллилового спирта формулы
