Claims (50)

1. Способ, предусматривающий:
сбор информации, относящейся к одному или нескольким параметрам дыхательной системы, подсоединенной к пациенту;
определение одного или нескольких контрольных параметров на основании собранной информации; и
возбуждения ряда электрических дуг во внешнем пространстве у пациента для генерации оксида азота на основании определенных контрольных параметров.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором параметры, связанные с дыхательной системой, включают один или несколько из концентрации кислорода газообразного реагента, расхода газообразного реагента, объема и времени вдыхания, концентрации кислорода газообразного продукта, концентрации оксида азота газообразного продукта, концентрации диоксида азота газообразного продукта, концентрации озона газообразного продукта, концентрации оксида азота вдыхаемого газа и концентрации диоксида азота вдыхаемого газа.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором объем и время вдыхания получают от аппарата искусственной вентиляции легких.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором ряд импульсов возбуждает ряд электрических дуг, причем ряд импульсов содержит группу импульсов, характеризующуюся импульсами с различными длительностями импульсов.
5. Способ по п. 4, в котором длительность импульсов начальных импульсов в одной из групп импульсов больше, чем у других импульсов в группе импульсов.
6. Способ по п. 4, в котором ряд электрических дуг генерирует пониженный уровень диоксида азота.
7. Способ по п. 4, в котором ряд электрических дуг генерирует пониженный уровень озона.
8. Способ по п. 6, в котором пониженный уровень диоксида азота дополнительно снижают при помощи поглотителя, содержащего одно или несколько из KaOH, CaOH, CaCO3 и NaOH.
9. Способ по п. 6, в котором пониженный уровень диоксида азота характеризуется концентрацией, которая составляет менее 20%, 10%, 6% или 5% концентрации полученного оксида азота.
10. Способ по п. 1, в котором ряд электрических дуг генерируется электродами, содержащими благородный металл.
11. Способ по п. 10, в котором ряд электрических дуг генерируется электродами, содержащими иридий.
12. Способ по п. 10, в котором ряд электрических дуг генерируется электродами, содержащими никель.
13. Аппарат, содержащий:
камеру с впускным клапаном для подачи газообразного реагента и выпускным клапаном для отвода газообразного продукта;
датчик для сбора информации, относящейся к одному или нескольким параметрам дыхательной системы, подсоединенной к пациенту;
контроллер для определения одного или нескольких контрольных параметров на основании собранной информации; и
одну или несколько пар электродов, расположенных внутри камеры для возбуждения ряда электрических дуг во внешнем пространстве у пациента для генерации оксида азота на основании определенных контрольных параметров.
14. Аппарат по п. 13, в котором параметры, связанные с дыхательной системой, включают один или несколько из концентрации кислорода газообразного реагента, расхода газообразного реагента, объема и времени вдыхания, концентрации кислорода газообразного продукта, концентрации оксида азота газообразного продукта, концентрации диоксида азота газообразного продукта, концентрации озона газообразного продукта, концентрации оксида азота вдыхаемого газа, концентрации диоксида азота вдыхаемого газа и давления в камере.
15. Аппарат по п. 14, в котором объем и время вдыхания получают от аппарата искусственной вентиляции легких.
16. Аппарат по п. 13, в котором ряд импульсов возбуждает ряд электрических дуг, причем ряд импульсов содержит группы импульсов, характеризующиеся импульсами с различными длительностями импульсов.
17. Аппарат по п. 16, в котором длительность импульсов начальных импульсов в одной из групп импульсов больше, чем у других импульсов в группе импульсов.
18. Аппарат по п. 16, в котором ряд электрических дуг генерирует пониженный уровень диоксида азота.
19. Аппарат по п. 16, в котором ряд электрических дуг генерирует пониженный уровень озона.
20. Аппарат по п. 16, в котором ряд электрических дуг возбуждается, когда давление в камере составляет больше 1 ATA или меньше 1 ATA.
21. Аппарат по п. 18, дополнительно содержащий поглотитель для дополнительного снижения пониженного уровня диоксида азота, причем поглотитель содержит одно или несколько из KaOH, CaOH, CaCO3 и NaOH.
22. Аппарат по п. 18, в котором пониженный уровень диоксида азота характеризуется концентрацией, которая составляет менее 20%, 10%, 6% или 5% концентрации полученного оксида азота.
23. Аппарат по п. 13, в котором электроды содержат благородный металл.
24. Аппарат по п. 23, в котором электроды содержат иридий.
25. Аппарат по п. 23, в котором электроды содержат никель.
26. Аппарат, содержащий:
камеру с впускным клапаном для подачи газообразного реагента и выпускным клапаном для отвода газообразного продукта;
поршень, расположенный внутри камеры и сконфигурированный для перемещения по длине камеры для регулирования давления в камере;
датчик для сбора информации, связанной с одним или несколькими параметрами дыхательной системы, подсоединенной к пациенту;
контроллер для определения одного или нескольких контрольных параметров на основании собранной информации и
одну или несколько пар электродов, расположенных внутри камеры для возбуждения ряда электрических дуг во внешнем пространстве у пациента для генерации оксида азота на основании определенных контрольных параметров.
27. Аппарат по п. 26, в котором параметры, связанные с дыхательной системой, включают одно или несколько из концентрации кислорода газообразного реагента, расхода газообразного реагента, объема и времени вдыхания, концентрации кислорода газообразного продукта, концентрации оксида азота газообразного продукта, концентрации диоксида азота газообразного продукта, концентрации озона газообразного продукта, концентрации оксида азота вдыхаемого газа, концентрации диоксида азота вдыхаемого газа и давления в камере.
28. Аппарат по п. 27, в котором объем и время вдыхания получены от аппарата искусственной вентиляции легких.
29. Аппарат по п. 26, в котором ряд импульсов возбуждает ряд электрических дуг, причем ряд импульсов содержит группы импульсов, характеризующиеся импульсами с различными длительностями импульсов.

33. Аппарат по п. 29, в котором ряд электрических дуг возбуждается, когда давление в камере составляет больше 1 ATA или меньше 1 ATA.
34. Аппарат по п. 31, дополнительно содержащий поглотитель для дополнительного снижения пониженного уровня диоксида азота, причем поглотитель содержит одно или несколько из KaOH, CaOH, CaCO3 и NaOH.
35. Аппарат по п. 31, в котором пониженный уровень диоксида азота характеризуется концентрацией, которая составляет менее 20%, 10%, 6% или 5% концентрации полученного оксида азота.
36. Аппарат по п. 26, в котором электроды содержат благородный металл.
