Claims (21)
1. Бактерии, содержащие частичную нуклеотидную последовательность ДНК, кодирующую рибосомную 16S-PHK, которая более чем на 85% идентична последовательности, представленной SEQ ID NO: 1, или комплементарной ей последовательности.
2. Бактерии по п. 1, где эти бактерии обладают последовательностью, которая более чем на 99,6% идентична последовательности, представленной SEQ ID NO: 1, или комплементарной ей последовательности.
3. Бактерии по п. 1, где эти бактерии являются Bacteriodetes sp.
4. Бактерии по п. 2, где эти бактерии являются Bacteriodetes sp.
5. Бактерии по п. 1, где эти бактерии являются такими, какие депонированы в CBS под регистрационным номером CBS 134116.
6. Бактерии по п. 2, где эти бактерии являются такими, какие депонированы в CBS под регистрационным номером CBS 134116.
7. Бактерии по п. 3, где эти бактерии являются такими, какие депонированы в CBS под регистрационным номером CBS 134116.
8. Бактерии по п. 1-7, имеющие последовательность, представленную SEQ ID NO: 1 или комплементарную ей последовательность.
9. Ассоциация микроорганизмов для улучшения органических удобрений или почвы, содержащая бактерии по пп. 1-8.
10. Ассоциация микроорганизмов по п. 9, где эта ассоциация содержит также сахариды, предпочтительно моносахариды и/или дисахариды.
11. Ассоциация микроорганизмов по п. 9 или 10, где сахариды происходят из тростникового или свекольного источника и предпочтительно являются тростниково-сахарной мелассой.
12. Применение последовательности SEQ ID NO: 1 для выявления или идентификации бактерий, имеющих эту нуклеотидную последовательность или последовательность, по меньшей мере на 85% идентичную последовательности, представленной SEQ ID NO: 1.
13. Ассоциация микроорганизмов, содержащая микроорганизмы, снижающие эмиссию аммиака и/или метана, как это имеет место в случае ассоциации микроорганизмов, депонированной в CBS под регистрационным номером NR CBS 134115.
14. Ассоциация микроорганизмов по п. 13, содержащая один или более видов бактерий, выбираемых из группы, состоящей из Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus ghanensis, Lactobacillus paracasei, Bacillus subtilis sensu stricto, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Bacillus atrophaeus, Bacillus vallismorits, Bacillus mojavensis, Bacillus tequilensis, Bacillus siamensis и Bacillus methylotrophicus.
15. Ассоциация микроорганизмов по п. 14, содержащая бактерий Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus ghanensis, Lactobacillus paracasei, Bacillus subtilis sensu stricto, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Bacillus atrophaeus, Bacillus vallismorits, Bacillus mojavensis, Bacillus tequilensis, Bacillus siamensis и Bacillus methylotrophicus.
16. Ассоциация микроорганизмов по пп. 13-15, содержащая ассоциацию, депонированную в CBS под регистрационным номером CBS 134115.
17. Применение бактерий по пп. 1-8 или ассоциации микроорганизмов по пунктам 9-11 или 13-16 для уменьшения эмиссии аммиака и/или метана в органических удобрениях или почве.
18. Применение по п. 17, в котором органическое удобрение является удобрением навозом животных.
19. Органическое удобрение, содержащее бактерий по пп. 1-8 или ассоциацию микроорганизмов по пп. 9-11 или 13-16.
20. Способ уменьшения уровня аммиака и/или метана в органическом удобрении или почве, включающий этапы добавления бактерий по пп. 1-8 или ассоциации микроорганизмов по пп. 9-11 или 13-16 в органическое удобрение или почву и инкубации указанных бактерий или ассоциации микроорганизмов в течение времени, достаточного для уменьшения образования аммиака и/или метана в этом удобрении.
21. Применение удобрения по п. 19 в качестве органического средства для улучшения плодородия.
