Claims (22)
1. Устройство для уплотнения адсорбирующего материала, содержащее:
модуль, определяющий множество полостей и выполненный с возможностью последовательного перемещения от блока для загрузки к блоку для уплотнения и к блоку для перемещения;
множество толкателей, расположенных в блоке для уплотнения, расположенном для взаимодействия с адсорбирующим материалом, расположенным в полостях, для уплотнения адсорбирующего материала; и
средства в блоке для перемещения для извлечения уплотненного адсорбирующего материала из указанных полостей.
2. Устройство для уплотнения адсорбирующего материала по п. 1, в котором полости имеют открытые концы, а толкатели включают в себя два толкателя для каждой полости,
причем один толкатель расположен для ввода в один конец полости, а другой толкатель расположен для ввода в другой конец этой полости.
3. Устройство для уплотнения адсорбирующего материала по п. 2, которое дополнительно включает в себя опорную пластину, расположенную под указанным модулем для предотвращения выпадения адсорбирующего материала из полостей, когда модуль перемещается от блока для загрузки к блоку для уплотнения.
4. Устройство для уплотнения адсорбирующего материала по п. 2, в котором толкатели оказывают давление на адсорбирующий материал в каждой полости приблизительно в 17 тонн.
5. Устройство для уплотнения адсорбирующего материала по п. 4, которое дополнительно включает в себя фиксатор для закрепления указанного модуля в блоке для уплотнения на протяжении времени, в течение которого толкатели уплотняют адсорбирующий материал в полостях.
6. Устройство для уплотнения адсорбирующего материала по п. 4, которое дополнительно включает в себя
первую поперечину, расположенную под указанными блоками, и
вторую поперечину, расположенную над указанными блоками,
множество стяжек, проходящих между первой и второй поперечинами и соединенных с первой и второй поперечинами для поглощения усилия растяжения, создаваемого во время уплотнения указанного адсорбирующего материала.
7. Способ уплотнения адсорбирующего материала, содержащий следующие этапы:
обеспечение блока материала, определяющего множество полостей;
помещение заданного количества адсорбирующего материала в каждую из указанных полостей;
приложение давления приблизительно в 17 тонн к адсорбирующему материалу в каждой указанной полости;
обеспечение теплообменного устройства (ТОУ) в виде банки для каждой указанной полости и
перемещение уплотненного адсорбирующего материала из указанной полости в указанное ТОУ в виде банки.
8. Способ уплотнения адсорбирующего материала по п. 7, в котором этап приложения давления осуществляют путем вставки толкающего устройства в каждую указанную полость.
9. Способ уплотнения адсорбирующего материала по п. 8, в котором толкающее устройство содержит первый толкатель, вставляемый в один конец каждой полости, и второй толкатель, вставляемый в другой конец каждой полости.
10. Способ уплотнения адсорбирующего материала по п. 9, в котором заданное количество адсорбирующего материала определяют взвешиванием адсорбирующего материала.
