Abstract
1. Способ нанесения покрытия, которое представляет собой систему двухслойных покрытий с однократным обжигом, характеризующийся тем, что краску для основного покрытия, включающую смолу, содержащую активный водород, наносят без ее отверждения сшиванием, далее краску для прозрачного покрытия, включающую отвердитель и смолу, содержащую активный водород, наносят на основное покрытие, затем основное покрытие и прозрачное покрытие одновременно отверждают сшиванием, отличающийся тем, что краска для прозрачного покрытия представляет собой двухкомпонентную краску на основе полиуретана с молярным отношением от 0,9 до 2,0 в NCO/H (активный водород), а отвердитель представляет собой отвердитель, включающий полиизоцианат, производный от 1,6-гексаметилендиизоцианата, удовлетворяющий всем следующим условиям:1) отвердитель фактически не включает диизоцианатный мономер,2) вязкость отвердителя, когда он не разбавлен никаким органическим растворителем, составляет не более чем 1000 мПа·с/23°C,3) содержание тримера 1,6-гексаметилендиизоцианата в отвердителе составляет не менее чем 60 мас. %.4) Содержание тримера 1,6-гексаметилендиизоцианата в отвердителе составляет менее чем 10 мас. %.2. Способ по п. 1, в котором отвердитель для краски для прозрачного покрытия содержит не менее чем 13 мол. % иминооксадиазиндионового кольца 1,6-гексаметилендиизоцианата.3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что краска для основного слоя включает смолу, содержащую активный водород и блокированный изоцианат.4. Отвердитель для краски для прозрачного покрытия, который применяют в способе по любому одному из п.п. 1-3.5. Claims (5)
1. Способ нанесения покрытия, которое представляет собой систему двухслойных покрытий с однократным обжигом, характеризующийся тем, что краску для основного покрытия, включающую смолу, содержащую активный водород, наносят без ее отверждения сшиванием, далее краску для прозрачного покрытия, включающую отвердитель и смолу, содержащую активный водород, наносят на основное покрытие, затем основное покрытие и прозрачное покрытие одновременно отверждают сшиванием, отличающийся тем, что краска для прозрачного покрытия представляет собой двухкомпонентную краску на основе полиуретана с молярным отношением от 0,9 до 2,0 в NCO/H (активный водород), а отвердитель представляет собой отвердитель, включающий полиизоцианат, производный от 1,6-гексаметилендиизоцианата, удовлетворяющий всем следующим условиям:
1) отвердитель фактически не включает диизоцианатный мономер,
2) вязкость отвердителя, когда он не разбавлен никаким органическим растворителем, составляет не более чем 1000 мПа·с/23°C,
3) содержание тримера 1,6-гексаметилендиизоцианата в отвердителе составляет не менее чем 60 мас. %.
4) Содержание тримера 1,6-гексаметилендиизоцианата в отвердителе составляет менее чем 10 мас. %.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором отвердитель для краски для прозрачного покрытия содержит не менее чем 13 мол. % иминооксадиазиндионового кольца 1,6-гексаметилендиизоцианата.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что краска для основного слоя включает смолу, содержащую активный водород и блокированный изоцианат.
4. Отвердитель для краски для прозрачного покрытия, который применяют в способе по любому одному из п.п. 1-3.
5. Многослойная покрытая пленка, состоящая из слоя основного покрытия и слоя прозрачного покрытия, которую получают способом по любому одному из п.п. 1-3.
