Abstract
1. Изделие, содержащее:удлиненную сердцевину, содержащую первый материал и имеющую первый и второй концы и наружную основную поверхность; инаружный слой, содержащий второй материал и покрывающий по меньшей мере часть наружной основной поверхности удлиненной сердцевины, при этом второй материал содержит неактивированный пенообразователь с расширяющимися сферами и неактивированный химический пенообразователь;при этом неактивированные пенообразователи могут быть активированы для увеличения объема наружного слоя, и сердцевина имеет жесткость, которая больше, чем жесткость наружного слоя.2. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что второй материал содержит от 0,5% по весу до 3% по весу неактивированного химического пенообразователя.3. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что второй материал содержит от 0,5% по весу до 9,5% по весу неактивированного пенообразователя с расширяющимися сферами.4. 2. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что второй материал содержит от 0,5% по весу до 3% по весу неактивированного химического пенообразователя.
3. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что второй материал содержит от 0,5% по весу до 9,5% по весу неактивированного пенообразователя с расширяющимися сферами.
4. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что второй материал содержит от 90% до 99% по весу стирол-этилен-бутилен-стирола.
5. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере через часть удлиненной сердцевины между первым и вторым концами в продольном направлении проходит канал.
6. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что наружный слой имеет наружный диаметр от 2,5 мм до 6,5 мм.
7. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что удлиненная сердцевина имеет наружный диаметр от 1,5 мм до 3,5 мм.
8. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что удлиненная сердцевина имеет длину, измеренную между первым и вторым концами, превышающую 1 м.
9. Изделие, содержащее:
основу, содержащую первый материал и имеющую основную поверхность; и
наружный слой, содержащий второй материал и покрывающий по меньшей мере часть основной поверхности основы, при этом второй материал содержит неактивированный пенообразователь с расширяющимися сферами и неактивированный химический пенообразователь;
при этом неактивированные пенообразователи могут быть активированы для увеличения объема наружного слоя, и при этом основа имеет жесткость, которая больше, чем жесткость наружного слоя.
10. Изделие по п. 9, отличающееся тем, что второй материал содержит от 0,5% по весу до 3% по весу неактивированного химического пенообразователя.
11. Изделие по п. 9, отличающееся тем, что второй материал содержит от 0,5% по весу до 9,5% по весу неактивированного пенообразователя с расширяющимися сферами.
12. Изделие по п. 9, отличающееся тем, что второй материал содержит от 90% до 99% по весу стирол-этилен-бутилен-стирола.
