Abstract
1. Растягивающийся материал с покрытием, полученный путем обработки растягивающегося волокнистого материала для придания водоотталкивающей способности фторированным водоотталкивающим средством, которое включает сополимер, содержащий перфторалкильную группу, содержащую 6 или менее атомов углерода, и нанесения раствора синтетической смолы по меньшей мере на одну сторону растягивающегося волокнистого материала с получением пленки покрытия из смолы, которая содержит синтетическую смолу, где растягивающийся волокнистый материал, обработанный для придания водоотталкивающей способности фторированным водоотталкивающим средством, обладает отталкивающей способностью по отношению к толуолу, составляющей 100 с или более, и раствор синтетической смолы обладает индексом тиксотропности при 23°С, находящимся в диапазоне от 1,4 до 2,0, и где синтетическая смола обладает 100% модулем, равным 5 кг-сила/смили более.2. Растягивающийся материал с покрытием по п. 1, где синтетической смолой является по меньшей мере одна, выбранная из группы, включающей акриловые смолы, уретановые смолы и силиконовые смолы.3. Растягивающийся материал с покрытием по п. 1 или 2, где растягивающийся материал с покрытием обладает начальной водоотталкивающей способностью (JIS L1092) четвертой степени или более высокой и водоотталкивающей способностью после 20 стирок третьей степени или более высокой.4. Растягивающийся материал с покрытием по п. 1 или 2, где растягивающийся материал с покрытием обладает гидравлическим сопротивлением (JIS L1092 A Method), находящимся в диапазоне от 100 до 3000 мм НO, и влагопроницаемостью, равной 3000 г/м/24 ч или более (JIS L1092 А-1 Method).5. Claims (11)
1. Растягивающийся материал с покрытием, полученный путем обработки растягивающегося волокнистого материала для придания водоотталкивающей способности фторированным водоотталкивающим средством, которое включает сополимер, содержащий перфторалкильную группу, содержащую 6 или менее атомов углерода, и нанесения раствора синтетической смолы по меньшей мере на одну сторону растягивающегося волокнистого материала с получением пленки покрытия из смолы, которая содержит синтетическую смолу, где растягивающийся волокнистый материал, обработанный для придания водоотталкивающей способности фторированным водоотталкивающим средством, обладает отталкивающей способностью по отношению к толуолу, составляющей 100 с или более, и раствор синтетической смолы обладает индексом тиксотропности при 23°С, находящимся в диапазоне от 1,4 до 2,0, и где синтетическая смола обладает 100% модулем, равным 5 кг-сила/см2 или более.
2. Растягивающийся материал с покрытием по п. 1, где синтетической смолой является по меньшей мере одна, выбранная из группы, включающей акриловые смолы, уретановые смолы и силиконовые смолы.
3. Растягивающийся материал с покрытием по п. 1 или 2, где растягивающийся материал с покрытием обладает начальной водоотталкивающей способностью (JIS L1092) четвертой степени или более высокой и водоотталкивающей способностью после 20 стирок третьей степени или более высокой.
4. Растягивающийся материал с покрытием по п. 1 или 2, где растягивающийся материал с покрытием обладает гидравлическим сопротивлением (JIS L1092 A Method), находящимся в диапазоне от 100 до 3000 мм Н2O, и влагопроницаемостью, равной 3000 г/м2/24 ч или более (JIS L1092 А-1 Method).
5. Растягивающийся материал с покрытием по п. 1 или 2, где растягивающийся материал с покрытием обладает воздухопроницаемостью, равной 6 см3/см2/с или менее (JIS L1018 Frazier Method).
6. Растягивающийся материал с покрытием по п. 1 или 2, где растягивающийся волокнистый материал представляет собой материал, связанный на вязальной машине высокого класса с иглами 28 калибра или более высокого.
7. Растягивающийся материал с покрытием по п. 1 или 2, где растягивающийся волокнистый материал представляет собой материал, который в основном состоит из полиамидных волокон и/или сложных полиэфирных волокон, обладающих полной тониной, равной 84 децитекс или менее, и который обладает плотностью, равной 200 г/м2 или менее, удлинением основы (JIS L1096 A Method) при нагрузке, равной 0,5 кг-сила, составляющим 45% или менее, и удлинением основы при нагрузке, равной 2,0 кг-сила, составляющим 75% или менее.
8. Способ получения растягивающегося материала с покрытием, способ включает стадию получения растягивающегося волокнистого материала, обработанного для придания водоотталкивающей способности фторированным водоотталкивающим средством, которое включает сополимер, содержащий перфторалкильную группу, содержащую 6 или менее атомов углерода, и стадию нанесения раствора синтетической смолы в растворителе по меньшей мере на одну сторону растягивающегося волокнистого материала, где фторированное водоотталкивающее средство используют для придания отталкивающей способности по отношению к толуолу, составляющей 100 с или более, растягивающемуся волокнистому материалу, и раствор синтетической смолы обладает индексом тиксотропности при 23°С, находящимся в диапазоне от 1,4 до 2,0, и где синтетическая смола обладает 100% модулем, равным 5 кг-сила/см2 или более.
9. Способ получения растягивающегося материала с покрытием по п. 8, в котором синтетической смолой является по меньшей мере одна, выбранная из группы, включающей акриловые смолы, уретановые смолы и силиконовые смолы.
10. Способ получения растягивающегося материала с покрытием по п. 8 или 9, где растягивающийся волокнистый материал представляет собой материал, связанный на вязальной машине высокого класса с иглами 28 калибра или более высокого.
11. Способ получения растягивающегося материала с покрытием по любому из пп. 8-10, где растягивающийся волокнистый материал представляет собой материал, который в основном состоит из полиамидных волокон и/или сложных полиэфирных волокон, обладающих полной тониной, равной 84 децитекс или менее, и который обладает плотностью, равной 200 г/м2 или менее, удлинением основы (JIS L1096 A Method) при нагрузке, равной 0,5 кг-сила, составляющим 45% или менее, и удлинением основы при нагрузке, равной 2,0 кг-сила, составляющим 75% или менее.
