Abstract

1. Способ контроля прочности герметичности между двумя взаимодействующими термоизоляционными пленками, включающий следующие этапы:A) определение как минимум одной герметичной области из двух взаимодействующих термоизоляционных поверхностей двух соответствующих пленок, одна из указанных поверхностей частично покрыта материалом, имеющим заранее предусмотренные термоизоляционные характеристики, что приводит к выборочно определенному множеству негерметичных областей с контролируемой заранее обусловленной прочностью термальной изоляции в указанных негерметичных областях, таким образом обеспечивается способ меньшего сопротивления разъединению герметичности между двумя пленками с, как уже было сказано, как минимум одной областью герметизации;B) размещение оптимального количества клеющего вещества на заранее обусловленное число вышеупомянутых негерметичных областей;C) размещение электростатического полипропиленового порошка на вышеуказанные негерметичные области, где было размещено вышеуказанное клеющее вещество; иD) нанесение заранее обусловленного количества тепла на вышеуказанные герметичные области за заранее обусловленный промежуток времени для достижения эффективной герметичности там, где нет негерметичных областей на вышеуказанных поверхностях.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что упомянутые выше негерметичные области определены точками, имеющими заранее обусловленные формы и размеры.3. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что форма вышеупомянутых точек круглая.4. Способ по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что форма вышеупомянутых точек меняется для достижения заранее обусловленной прочности герметично

Claims (24)

1. Способ контроля прочности герметичности между двумя взаимодействующими термоизоляционными пленками, включающий следующие этапы:
A) определение как минимум одной герметичной области из двух взаимодействующих термоизоляционных поверхностей двух соответствующих пленок, одна из указанных поверхностей частично покрыта материалом, имеющим заранее предусмотренные термоизоляционные характеристики, что приводит к выборочно определенному множеству негерметичных областей с контролируемой заранее обусловленной прочностью термальной изоляции в указанных негерметичных областях, таким образом обеспечивается способ меньшего сопротивления разъединению герметичности между двумя пленками с, как уже было сказано, как минимум одной областью герметизации;
B) размещение оптимального количества клеющего вещества на заранее обусловленное число вышеупомянутых негерметичных областей;
C) размещение электростатического полипропиленового порошка на вышеуказанные негерметичные области, где было размещено вышеуказанное клеющее вещество; и
D) нанесение заранее обусловленного количества тепла на вышеуказанные герметичные области за заранее обусловленный промежуток времени для достижения эффективной герметичности там, где нет негерметичных областей на вышеуказанных поверхностях.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что упомянутые выше негерметичные области определены точками, имеющими заранее обусловленные формы и размеры.
3. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что форма вышеупомянутых точек круглая.
4. Способ по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что форма вышеупомянутых точек меняется для достижения заранее обусловленной прочности герметичности.
5. Способ по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что размеры вышеупомянутых точек меняется для достижения заранее обусловленной прочности герметичности.
6. Способ по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что плотность вышеупомянутых точек меняется для достижения заранее обусловленной прочности герметичности.
7. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что коэффициент сцепления вышеупомянутого материала падает в пределах заранее обусловленного диапазона, что согласовано со способами высокоскоростного производства упаковочной продукции.
8. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что вышеуказанный этап размещения оптимального количества клеющего вещества на заранее обусловленное число негерметичных областей задействует процесс глубокой печати.
9. Упаковка для продукции, включающая как минимум одну герметичную часть, с использованием способа, изложенного в п. 1.
10. Упаковка для продукции, включающая как минимум одну герметичную часть, с использованием способа, изложенного в п. 2.
11. Упаковка для продукции, включающая как минимум одну герметичную часть, с использованием способа, изложенного в п. 3.
12. Упаковка для продукции, включающая как минимум одну герметичную часть, с использованием способа, изложенного в п. 4.
13. Упаковка для продукции, включающая как минимум одну герметичную часть, с использованием способа, изложенного в п. 5.
14. Упаковка для продукции, включающая как минимум одну герметичную часть, с использованием способа, изложенного в п. 6.
15. Упаковка для продукции, включающая как минимум одну герметичную часть, с использованием способа, изложенного в п. 7.
16. Упаковка для продукции, включающая как минимум одну герметичную часть, с использованием способа, изложенного в п. 8.
17. Упаковка для продукции, включающая как минимум одну герметичную часть, состоящую из двух взаимодействующих термоизоляционных поверхностей двух соответствующих пленок, одна из вышеуказанных поверхностей в отдельных областях частично покрыта материалом, имеющим заранее обусловленные термоизоляционные характеристики, что, таким образом приводит к выборочно определенному множеству негерметичных областей, с контролируемой заранее обусловленной термоизоляционной прочностью в вышеуказанных негерметичных областях, когда заранее обусловленное количество теплоты нанесено в заранее обусловленный временной промежуток, и заранее обусловленное число вышеуказанных негерметичных областей включает в себя заранее обусловленное количество взаимодействующих клеящих веществ, размещенных там, покрытых электростатическим слоем полипропиленового порошка, который скрепляется с другой вышеуказанной поверхностью сразу после применения вышеуказанной теплоты.
18. Способ по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что ограниченные области определены точками, имеющими заранее обусловленные формы и размеры.
19. Способ по п. 18, отличающийся тем, что форма вышеупомянутых точек круглая.
20. Способ по п. 19, отличающийся тем, что форма вышеупомянутых точек меняется для достижения заранее обусловленной прочности герметичности.
21. Способ по п. 20, отличающийся тем, что размеры вышеупомянутых точек меняется для достижения заранее обусловленной прочности герметичности.
22. Способ по п. 21, отличающийся тем, что плотность вышеупомянутых точек меняется для достижения заранее обусловленной прочности герметичности.
23. Упаковка по п. 22, отличающаяся тем, что коэффициент сцепления вышеупомянутого материала падает в пределах заранее обусловленного диапазона, что согласовано со способами высокоскоростного производства упаковочной продукции.
24. Упаковка по п. 23, отличающаяся тем, что вышеуказанное клеящее вещество размещается с использованием процесса глубокой печати.
